At work, it's always old ladies or mature ladies. They say HI to me. it's so fun and great. cause i'm a quiet person.. but it feels great that those people care about me at least alittle. But it happens always that where i work there's never young girls my age( i'm 27). and i'm not a person who does the GOING OUT THING after work. I usually just go back home and rest. So there's no girls in my life at all. that's sad.
how can i change this? I'm not a talkative saucy person, so i'm not going to change this and therefore i'm not going to try going to clubs or stuff. But if there was a way to meet girls just 1 on 1 for talking or something.. with no pressure or doinog a fun activity , i could do that .

My ex-boyfriend and I broke up 6 months after I left for college but have remained friends (he broke up with me b/c he couldn't handle the long distance and I am also seven years younger.) Its been 2 1/2 years and he continues to call me every two weeks or so, send me texts saying he misses me etc. He use to want to get sexual with me when I came to visit but now, for the first time ever..he said he has to be good and the sex is "weird" because we do it and then don't talk for awhile. tells me he loves me, misses me, but has to be good. What does this mean? he says doesn't love anyone else and texts me all the time saying he misses me etc. . do you think he wants me for the future and doesnt want to ruin it? does this show respect? what do you think? he changed his behavior after he thought he hurt me by being too busy to see me a couple time when i came home to visit. does he see me for the future if he conitnues this contact 2 1/2 years after he broke up with me?

Once i went to my friends house,the door was closed so i peeped into the window , there i saw her having sex with a guy , i called to her phone n asked about this n i told that i il tell to her parents about this... she told about this to her guy,now they both start to trettend me that he il rape me like that and all. but i dint take it as a isshu but now they send me a picture of mine in naked n they r asking me 4 money n that guy is asking me to have sex with him.... if i refuse they il put that photo to net it seemes... now what il i do...? please help me

i accidently hit a guy 10 yrs ago in scool. aft 10 yrs i meet in college. he used give a stares all d time sometimes smiling...i finally mailed him n said hi. he mailed me back saying he was happy i still remembered him n stuffs...few days later after tat he sees me n when i saw him he hid behind a pillar. 3 days later he walks past me n says a hi n walks away. then i chatted with him once. he was like dunno wat 2 talk or say. it was he was not interested in talkin 2me. few days later he sees me in a mart n his frends pushes him in(which my frend saw) n he walks in n goes straight 2 d counter totally ignoring me n after 5 min of wonderin wat 2 buy he walks out nvr lookin at me n he was blushing.nex day he sees me in a restaurant n starts blushin n pretends i was not there even though i was standing rite in front of him. he is a very reserved person does not talk 2 girls is always with his close frends. he is brave when his frends r there ony. he told me he kinda hav a gf, is he lyin?

i do hobbies at home. that's all i do for fun . and recently with knee injuries i just stay home, don't go out much. can't walk much so why push it. But at the same time i think about a gf . never had one.
even when i have gone outside.. i have no clue what to do. i mean, i don't even think of anything. i usually don't go with people.. i just go around town alone and i don't try to otalk to random girls. is that what men have to do to meet girls.. cause if it is.. i'm not going to do it.
i talk to foreign girls in voice chat often and i'm fine witht hat. but that's cause i feel they don't criticize my shy ways that much as american girls do. but that kind of contact isn't getting me anywhere.
What can i do if i'm shy and quiet.. and i will not change? i mean, i meet girls in chats and voice chats. i have a good time. but i can't meet american girls in real life. I feel they are really mean towards quiet people so there's no chance

Well, this is the last place I'd ever think of getting advice, but.. A little background; I'm coming off a failed, but what was, a serious long-distance relationship - we seperated over differences that we couldn't work out . It was my first serious relationship, and grew via phone, email, letters, and IM while she is at college in OR. I'm ready to start searching again, but closer to home..
I happened to be poking around Myspace and found an old friend. I haven't seen her in about 3 years, since I moved 55 miles or so east. We were acquaintances from church, and saw each other pretty often. I had a crush on her, but never had the guts to say (ahh being a kid). I contacted her, and she remembered me! I wrote a little note, but she's been kind of quiet - she told me how I can keep in touch, email, etc. I had a little "e-flower gift", so I sent it to her and she said "thanks!", but thats about it. I have a "charmer" personality, but I can't get it going....

I met a guy about two months ago. We hit it off and started dating, after about two months we both realized we knew even though we like each other its not going anywhere, and accepted that we'll just be friends with benefts, but we're a little more actually, kind of like companions. He said it was because even though he likes me a lot, he just loves women too much and that hes no good for me. I told him i was fine with knowing that he didnt want me as a girlfriend and i didnt either. Im not really emotionally attached like i usually get with guys. We still hang out like twice a week and everythings still the same. We act like a couple when we're together. He still treats me good, always shows signs of affection(holding hangs, spooning, kissing (he says he doesnt usually kiss girls unless he really likes him, just has sex with them, hes a player) but he actually cares for me and gets kind of jealous when i talk about other guys) does he secretly like me and is just scared to admit it?

My friend Rob works with me and cour cubicles are close together. He's 25, hansome, and very nice. For the past 2 months he's been really playful with me. Like throwing rubber bands, paper clips to get my attention. He's not immature. He smiles at me all the time and compliments on my hair and clothes. We've been to the movies, out to eat, bowling, and hockey games. I know he likes and I like him. He hasent made a move but I dont think its ok to date. I was dating a guy quite younger than me.Do keep in mind I don't act or look my age either.We do look like a cute couple. We dated for 3 months and decided after 3 months we were taking things way too fast,especially 4 him as I have 9 years on him.We split for a couple weeks. We did again start to talk and thought if we were gonna give this a try...lets take things slow.How slow is slow though????Especially when we went pretty quick the 1st time around.I did fall in love with him..as he did with me.My feelings for him are very deep and we connect like best friends do.I can say he has not fully matured relationship wise and I'm jsut scared I might be just a stepping stone i guess.I'm the type to go with the flow so really dont know y I have posted this ?This ? of mine might be quite hard to give any kinda advice too...But maybe some1 has been in something similiar or can help with some confusions I do have.Thanks again for reading and helping.

I have been having this problem when it comes to guys that I meet. They never seem to want my friendship, only a romantic relationship. I am not interested and make it clear from the begginning that I only want to be friends yet they continue to hold on to hope that we can be more then that, then eventually they ask me out, I say no, and they wont speak to me again and act as if I lied to them and led them on. Is there any way to avoid this?
