I am working with a software company in NCR from last one year, I am away from my family and friends from last one year, I worked around 16 hrs per day which makes me to busy from last one year, But now I fell really alone when I go back to my room

Don't worry, dude. You're not alone in that. Everyone who has left family and friends for another place, particularly the city, has felt the same.
While making friends online is fine, there's nothing like having someone there right next to you. It's tough when you're reserved but seriously, reach out and talk to someone. You might be surprised.
I started off in college making many "friends" but none who really understood me. A year and a half later, I run into this guy and girl who like the things I like and when we talk, the chemistry's amazing. We're still good friends to this day. There is always someone who can connect with you. Don't give up.

Need a friend, get a dog. As long as they live, they will love you without doubt.
Need more than that, invest a little of yourself into people around you, and get in line like the rest of us.

its way better to have a 'real' friend that you can hang out with....
cause with time it's gonna be harder, and you will feel always lonely, like you are missing something.
so try to find a place, where's ppl like you...
meet ppl, it's really important for your selfestim!
you are a human. so interact with real humans. even if it's for one hour a week!
