Read, study, practice. Doing what comes naturally is always wrong. You have to learn what women like and most women don't even know what they like. I have never met a woman who was good in bed. I had to teach all of them, over 4,000. The reason is men will not learn and won't ask, the macho thing gets in the way. Women are willing to learn, men won't admit they don't know what they are doing and so they don't teach women.

How is it that no one has suggested that you talk to your girlfriend?
It sounds almost cliche to say, but communication is an extremely important aspect of relationships. Communication is a two way street, just as sex is a two way street. If she doesn't think the sex is good, talk to her about what she'd like from you to make it better.

Don't think of what you are doing while having sex just go with you instincts. If you gonna think about what to do next it wont we good it have to naturally and believe me it does there is no way that you wont know how (it is not like animals ask for directions )
trust yourself and you will get there

Try reading a sex info book or at least Cosmo. Ask your girlfriend what she likes and then work on it. Practice makes perfect.

Be confindent.
Watch porn (to get tips), but don't take all that seriously if you care for her you can't just force some of those things on her.
