i worked with this guy 5 years ago we got on really well we had abit of fun never slept together,we did text and talk on the phone then just lost contact,i know he still works there as i live near,should i go and see him and just ask him out? i cant stop thinking of what could be!!

my mom told me she would drive me to my boyfriends wrestling meet. my boyfriend is in state and he was really excited about it and wanted me to come for some of it. when i got home my mom changed her mind and told me that she wasnt going to drive me anymore because its too far. i felt really bad about it because i already had told my boyfriend i was going to come and watch him. now i dont get to go. then my mom took my phone and called my boyfriends cell phone and left a message that told him that she wasnt going to drive me and that she hopes he does good and that shes sorry she cant drive me there. i know my boyfriend is going to be weirded out about my mom calling and leaving that message. he knows shes a weird. but what do i even say to him now? im so upset and embarrassed. and hes not really replying to anything i text him........

do you think he'll tell his friends?

okay, so this is a problem for me and it is very ironic. so one day i come up to this girl i knew for about 6 months and i was finally going to ask her out on that day. We were like really good friends too. i looked really nice and i made sure that this day was gonna be perfect. i even had flowers haha. So, she comes up to me and smiles (of course i hid the flowers just in case if the wrong thing happened) and she told me that she had a boyfriend. i felt like just getting angry and that whole day i just didnt feel like talking and i was depressed. i wasn't emo however haha. I even had to throw away those flowers that i spent money on. Now i just cant forget her because i love her but i dont know what i should do. any ideas anyone?

I have liked this guy for a while and we have become such close friends. I wanted to become more than that so i asked him out. All my friends were happy for me because they thought he liked me too. I thought i was going to have my first bf.

Anyways, he said that he liked me but "only as a friend." I guess i should be happy that we are still close friends but i still feel that we should be more than that. He is so sweet cuz, even though he rejected me he doesn't treat me any different. We still walk and talk together in the hallway. I still feel a spark,... or i think so.

Please give me some guidence. I don't what to do about the situation.

I broke up with my boyfriend today. We had been dating for over a year. It was just getting so stressful and I felt that the costs of being in a relationship were outweighing the benefits. We just seem to fight so much. We're both so stubborn and selfish. But I love him so much. I have been planning on spending the rest of my life with him, but I was so tired of fighting. I feel empty. I don't know what to do. I haven't cried, I haven't even gotten sad. I just keep trying to figure out if I'm doing the right thing. I love him so much and I have never cared for someone else's well-being so much before. I guess my question goes out to all you people in relationships: does it have to be this hard? Is it always like this, or is there something wrong in my relationship? Did I do the right thing by ending it? Or, should get back together with him (which is what my heart is telling me to do)?

We both like each other, and id like to ask her out, or at least let her know i like her, need some tips on subtle hints to let her know i too am interested, as right now, it looks as though she thinks i like her as just a friend, as i dont do much to make it look like i like her heaps (which i do of course). Now this is a true situation that happened to my friend.

She was originally having a vacation in Florence and she met this guy who she really liked,but at that time they didnt know their names and they had a casual fling. However once they separated,they realized that how much they liked each other. And one day the guy actually went to the cafe in which my friend was working in,and there she had a friend called Donna who had a really bad reputation for being promiscuous. One day,donna was busy and had my friend take over her and wearing her apron and name tag as a result. As a result,both my friend and the guy met again at the cafe and the guy,once saw donna's tag on my friend's apron,thought she was donna and left her..what should my friend do??

My definition of love is uncertain. I've been confused about love and its definition for quiet some time; it's almost ruining my relationship because I'm so confused and maybe I just can't express my feelings about love these days. I believed in love once when everything was going fine, the perfect boyfriend, we got along had so many things in common. Now it seems like I barely know him, like I don't even love him anymore. he broke up with me 4 days ago. We went out for 2 years.
