Personally, I'd go for the second one, but it rather depends on what's meant by a 'good personality', and also don't you think it depends on your own feelings for either one? You mean, you're going to let the people on Answers choose your girlfriend for you?

Based on what you said definitly the black hair one, I don't like really skinny girls personally, and breasts are a nice addition =)
