Singles & Dating - 2 March 2007

This weekend is my "really good friend's" birthday... (We say that we are going out, but we've never taken anything beyond just a simple boy-girl friendship (no kissing, etc.))

Anyways, for his present I was planning on giving him this gift that I made for him (it's kinda fragile and heavy) and I also really want to give him a kiss (like a real kiss, not on the cheek or anything) I don't want to just plant one on him out of complete surprise (since we've been going out for the past 4 months that could be quite a shocker) I want to make the kiss really memorable...

Are there any suggestions on how to make a quick and cute move?

He is about 6-7 inches taller than me so it's hard to kiss him without pulling him down to me.

We will most likely be in a parking lot (this sounds funny, but I seriously can't help our location)

ps- don't comment on our relationship (I know it is going a bit slower than usual) Trust me... we like eachother a lot, we just haven't "done anything"

I am in a relationship for about 6 years with a guy that is very sweet to me. But I am in love with my childhood friend who is funny, charming, witty and physically very cute. I went away with my bf to another country after being rejected by him. And in this other country, I met another guy (taking the same classes) that is real similar with my childhood friend with all the same attributes and even looks a like, just packaged in another race and has longer hair..but heck their facial features look alike. (creepy)

I find myself having a crush on that guy. And I feel bad for my boyfriend because I have all these repressed desire for my childhood friend and this type of guy....what should I do when inside I am not satisfied in my current relationship?

Hi, everyone.
I am african-american girl, and I never grew up taught to look at skin color, or stereotype people. but all the time I seem like I am falling or starting to like people who aren't african-american, but mostly caucasian or hispanic.
If you were to see an african-american in public linking arms with a caucasian or hispanic, what would you think?
This question is not meant to be racist.
Just say whatever you feel.
Because all of my friends say that they would never date outside of their race, but I really don't have a problem with it.
It could be the sweetest guy outside of your race, or something, and you would never be able to meet him if you were to stay inside of the same-race relationship. Are y'all getting the idea that I am trying to say and describe? What do you think about interracial couples?

i've never kicked a guy in the nuts. ever. i recently found out that my daughter has. we had a talk about when it's appropriate to do something like that, but sad as it is to say, i became a little jealous even as i was finger wagging. even sadder, i though about how when i go out with my freinds, there are certain guys i could certainly do it to and nobody would blame me in the least (i'm a little chunky, so certain guys feel free to be crude and act like they're doing me the favor). i feel pathetic for thinking it, yet ever so tempted - especialy since i found out even my own kid has had the experience. what do you guys think?

When my boyfriend and I have sex he can't really keep his thing up and that makes me feel like I'm unattractive. He's done other things to show he's attracted to me but somehow because he can't keep his thing up makes me feel really unattractive. I start to think like I'm not good enough because he's never had those problems with his ex couple years ago. Now he's with me, he developed this problem. I just feel like it's partly my fault and maybe it's because I'm not attractive enough or something. Is it normal for me to feel unattractive?

There is this girl ive been crazy abought for a while, we meet last year and later on i found out she had a guy alredy but they were not going out the man is just nuts. but no more than 3 weeks ago we started talking again and enjoyed being around one another. But what happend this time was different, her dad tryed telling her I was suisidel over her and then when she came over to my parents and my mom basicly bitched her off the porch just because she didint like her. I have been asked many times why don't I have a guy. I don't have an answer. I really think I could be someone that a guy would like to be around but nothing ever seems to happen for me. I would like to be in a relationship but I am not going to throw my self at a guy. I am laid back and am always having fun. Its been 2 weeks since we've had sex. I understand doing his medical residency is stressful.....its not just him thats stressed....I'm stressed out too since this is my 2nd year at medical school. Yesterday, I literally pounced on him when he got back but he just took a shower and went to sleep. I tried pleasuring myself earlier today, but its not the same as the real thing. Well this guy I like has been helping me with my work even though I asked someone else and then he smiles at me when he talks to me and he looks at me in class.
