Well that depends.Have you been the trash of say....10 men?If so, then you are either picking the same type of men, or you may have a character flaw .If it is a character flaw then the last 10 guys have said the same things about you, and the new guy who thinks youre a treasure doesnt know you well. If you have been picking bad men, then hopefully you have finally picked a good one.Self honesty is the greatest gift one can give theirself and the greatest tool for a better life.

You are your own treasure. You belong to you, not to any other person, man or woman. So learn to love yourself, to accept yourself without judgment. If you can't love yourself, how can you expect someone else to love you? If you can learn to truly love yourself then you will find others will be attracted to you. People like those who are comfortable with themselves. So, be the kind of friend you would like to have. And remember, you are great, you are wonderful, you are really fantastic. Anyone who can't see that needs their eyes examined.

Hey there will always be a time where that comes into play for some guys and what sucks for u is the fact when u really find a girl that completes u , its hard to say something to make it true because she has been hurt by so many guys that she cant come to believe that what u say is real , Ive finally got with the man i always wanted but was to shy to say something he knows all that Ive been through with my exs and its hard for him to get me to understand that things are going to be OK for us its just how Ive become after all theses abusive relationships and to finally have him and know that we are going to make it seems so UN real at times but we have and open relationship and been together for 1 yr and seven months and Ive decided i cant keep bringing up my past and be in fear of Them because i will never allow myself to be truly happy with the one who has my heart in the end and that is my bf josh knew eachother for 6 years and now we are together , so in time u have to know when telling your true feeling to the girl u plan on spending the rest of your life with just know time is always going to be a factor but be patient and things will turn out in your favor .

wow. when you find the answer to this please let me know! it seems like i wind up being every guys 'practice run' on what not to do next time around!! then always tell me later i know i made a mistake in how i treated you and i shouldn't have ruined things. blah blah blah but it taught me how to act in my new relationship so i won't make the same mistake twice. and it's not like i'm a bad catch i guess i just get caught at the wrong time!
