Not long to give it and about one to three weeks for it to fade completely dependant upon how hard it was applied.

You can make a hickey in about 15 seconds if you're sucking hard. It'll go away at about the same rate as the rest of your normal bruises do - that's all a hickey is.

it takes a short time to make one but it takes a while to go away, i have one that will never go away
