Does leap year only ocme onec every 3 years or is it every year that Feb ends on the 28th? I thought it came every other year but i might be wrong Help me out..

I've been sorta seeing this guy recently and when I text him he doesnt always text back rite away and texts back the day after, or rings. I'm 19 and Ive never been attracted to a guy before, especially to those who text all the time or those who show that they really like me. Is this normal? Its like I like guys who at first show interest in me but then play hard to get. I feel helpless in the situation. I know he is bad in someway (i dont know how yet), but I cant help my feelings. they recently found out they both dated at the same time,different
time( one 8 years,and the one now 5 years, at first she told me

At first I lied to my girlfriend inorder to protect her feelings... she found out that I lied several times and now she don't stop asking me questions about my past.. I promised her to tell her every single detail about my past on what we called a "confession day" several days afterwards, she asked me some questions about my past and it seems that I forgot to tell her these details on the confession day and she started doubting me and interrogating me again... I tiered of this I know that my past won't do any good to this relationship and will be harmful to both of us that was the reason I didn't tell him all the truth from the beging but now I am stuck and tiered of her continous questions... please help what should I do?!

i grew up in a family were we are not close when it comes to our feelings and emotions, we would never talk about or personal emotional problems. when i would sleep over at my friends houses or boyfiends houses i see that all their families are in tune with each and every family members feelings, now i thought about it sand im wondering that when i have my own family one day, if i could change that,?what do you think?

There's this guy in my class who I'm attracted to. I'm not really sure how to read him. I've seen him looking at me a few times and when I enter the classroom he looks at me and smiles. He sits next to me but about 5 desks away. When were sitting down I'll scope him out but I don't catch him looking at me. I caught him one time glancing at me. I turned my head and caught him quickly turning his. One of those type of deals. So I started watching him more to see if I could catch him again but I haven't lol. It's usually only when I enter the classroom. He never says anything to me. He never makes gestures that he wants to strike up a convo or anything. He just looks at me and smiles lol. I'm not really sure how to take that? When he does make eye contact with me I kinda just turn away because I'm not really sure how to take it? Could it be that maybe he takes that as I'm not interested? Maybe I don't come off as approachable? Or maybe he's thinking the same thing I'm thinking?
