Called the police, what he did was illegal, and keep in mind he is making peoples sandwiches with the same hand he pulled it out with. You could sue the subway store for the actions of their employee, maybe say you hurt yourself laughing at him.

they don't seem to have any pre-hiring interviews anymore at subway. Otherwise he would have been hired to work in the back, where he could pull it out all day without entertaining the customers.
