personality wise I look for a girl that is self sufficeint who is her own woman, but at the same time someone to play on my manly side in the way that she asks for help opening the jar.
physically I like someone who is easy on the eyes, likes to dress up, but who is comfortable in sweats in public when she doesn't need to be a celebrity. smooth skin, and in shape, who doesn't let go once she is in a relationship.

The best way I think to build your self esteem with men is to get around a bunch of women and get eady to go out with them, go to clubs, the beach and just learn to flirt through experience. You only get better with time.
Remember that Rome wasn't built over night and your style and tecnique will not be either. Just keep doing what your doing hun and keep up the motivation. Don't let one experience turn you off and stop trying. Your oding great already.
