Im working for a corporate for 3 yrs. i was an A player.. then i got promoted and things took a turn. Im not able to interact properly with my team mates. They redicule and make fun of me. I want to get back on top of things again. I dont flatter my boss but they do.. so i am usually projected like a bad apple.. when i am not. I dont react to whatever they do. at least externally.. bt its bery demotivating.. n i dont knw how to turn things in my favor... can anyone help me please???

Theres this one guy in my class who always made fun of me. But then one day he said that he liked me but I thought that he was just kidding around cuz he always used to do that. But hes always acting like he was serious. He says he doesn't like me anymore but i really like him now. I want him to be serious and tlk to me about it but he won't. i don't know what to do cuz i really like him and hes acting lke he lkes this snot of a girl who used to go to my school. I really like a guy who i know likes me, he told my friend he hasn't asked me out because he doesn't want to be rejected. I really want him to ask me out, but i don't dare ask him out. I do not like dogs, cats, fish or any pets in general. On online dating sites, nearly all the women like to brag about how important their dog is in their lives but they're asking for the "perfect" man who is willing to play second fiddle to a dog. Certainly there are men who like dogs and pets as well but I doubt that a man would play second fiddle to a dog. Personally, I'd have a hard time sharing a bed (or a life) with both a woman and a dog or cat.

I have a really close girl friend. We've been talking forever on IM since winter break. Last week, a friend tried to hook us two up for a dance, when she confronted me about it, I told her I would like to go with her, but not if she's only doing it for me, because she HATES dances, and she told me that. She gave me the impression that she liked me, because she asked SO many questions. A day later, I asked her about the subject online, she just said, I think it's better if we just stay friends. I've been trying to talk to her for a week. I called her, I left her message on facebook, I tried to IM her. She has not talked to me at all. She just said, you know my answer to everything. There's nothing to talk about. Why is she doing this? Is she annoyed because she thinks I'm trying to date her by trying to talk to her all the time? Or is she upset because I didn't make her to go that dance with me, or what? Please give detailed answers. I want my friend back. Yes, I do like her.

we had big fights. And for 6 months we did not even talk. But we are emotionally attached to each other even though we are not at all compatible. He is very short tempered. And has lots of attitude and show off. But i cannot leave him because im physically involved with him. My parents have lots of expectations from me. They want a very good match for me. And i do not think he will live upto them. He is over confident. He is good looking so many girls fall for him. It happens with me also. But i do not give him any kind of insecurities, he does. He does not always do it intentionally but it happens. He has changed a lot during the last 6 months. He has become the same person as he was before we met. And now i think that all my hard work has gone waste. He has made new friends and they are not decent girls. Im not able to accept all these changes. But still i think that i will have to accept him even though i have so many issues with him. But one thing is true our love is still the same

so the best friend of the guy who broke my heart was the bearer of bad news to me that my guy started liking another girl.. and the best friend was there for me to pick up the pieces and really helped me feel better and everything. but then we hung out a week after as friends and he told me the next night that he really liked me a Lot. but i am the kind of person who won't even Allow myself to start liking a Best Friend to the guy i was just falling in love with.. is that wrong i won't give him a shot? because i have heard both sides..? so then the best friend wouldn't talk to me for that week, saying it was too hard for him since i didn't like him, but then this last coupld days he has started talking to me, trying to give it yet Another shot. i don't think i like him like that but i have gotten some weird feelings.. like i was disappointed during that week he didn't talk to me when it wasn't His text when someone texted me. could i like or do i just like the feeling of him liking me?

This comming up friday is gonna be greeeeeeat!!!!! Its my birthday, and Im going on a field trip to the mall (and we get to shop! woohoo!) and The school dance is that night, the guy who I liked asked me to the dance!!!!!! We have a few classes together, and she always turns around and talks to me a lotttt... like she turns around and is always smiling at me, drawing on my desk, messing with my pens, etc.
Most of the time, I walk her to the classes I have her with, or that are on my way to another class, but right now just as friends.
She has a boyfriend too, which is what is confusing me a little bit.
Everybody tells me that it seems like we are flirting alot and that we like each other (which I do), but I dont know if she does or not...
When she says my name, she smiles and right before lunch, I normally come out after her, but she tends to wait right near the door for me to come out, and then we both walk to lunch.

I dont want to mess up our friendship, but at the same time, I want to be able to know if she DOES like me...
