Singles & Dating - 16 February 2007

The guy i started seeing dashes off in the middle of the night and says hes going to work, which i really don't believe him. But that would be assuming (assuming makes an *** out of u and me) and i try to avoid that! I hate being wrong so I need answers. I would call the store and ask but that's kind of weird. They might think I'm trying to sneak in the building and steal stuff (which would be really stupid but that's irrelevant). So if anyone knows if Sears has employees in the building 24/7, please let me know!

My friend and I have known each other for a couple of years now, and ever since I first met him, I was unconciously attracted to him. As more time went by, I realized more and more that I liked him. Now that it's a new year, I noticed that he was making it quietly but at the same time obviously aware that he likes me, too. So now I want to let him know somehow that I like him a lot without coming right out and saying, "I darn near love you." I wouldn't have a problem with this except that he and I are both under the eternal curse of shyness (shyness comes straight from hell, I tell you!) and I don't know how to tell him how I feel. A guy's take on this would be a lot of help right now, because I'm started to feel really clueless.

Is it right for a boyfriend who has made most of the meals for you during the last week (but not all), to be annoyed with you because you complained about having to make food when you came home at 7 in the morning (in agony because you have a disease called endometriosis, which means you're in pain almost every day of your life, and you've been in agony for the last 10 hours) while he is on the phone to his friends.

I have a male friend who was asked by another male while he was working out at gym "Do you get paid to be a distraction?". My friend thought at first the guy was being insulting even though my friend never did anything to be obnoxious. I say the guy was hitting on him and he just didnt realize it. How come women are more attracted to men who slap them around or treat them like crap? But yet a man who's willing to treat them with the respect they deserve comes along,
they are not interested. I'm a man in every sense of the word,but when I see things like that....it makes me wonder if WHY women settle for men like that.

I'm asking you this because such a thing just happened to me;)...I met this guy a couple of days ago and he's just awesome! I can talk to him for hours, as f I've been knowing him from a long long time!..And he just feels the same way about me, it's such a great great feeling! Generally it takes longer to feel that close to someone, at least for me;)..but with him it's just so easy to feel as if we've been knowing each other since ever!

ok so this guy i really like, he will remain nameless, told he had a valentine gift for me, so i burned a CD for him. so my boyfriend cheated on me, but i have given him another chance. But as usual it is hard for me to get over the fact that he cheated. So when i feel like i can't take it anymore i tell him its over, and within the next 5 minutes he is at my door telling me to "please dont do this", and " i love you so much" etc etc.Within the last 4 weeks hes like "move in with me" "marry me" , and i admitt i am being a total B**ch to him, i try not to, but sometimes to cant help it.But he puts up with it, and does anything and everything i want.and tells me everyday he wont cheat, and that he only wants me, and is totally devoted to me now. i got mono about 2 weeks ago nd iv been really sick. im just starting to feel better now. besdies me, 3 people who i eat lunch with in school and who are on the basketball team with me have it too. my boyfriend thinks that i have cheated on him just because i has it nd he doesn't. i told him that i would never cheat on him, over nd over again, but he doens t seem to believe me. i told him people who i eat lunch with nd hang out with have it nd all he says is that the only way you could catch it was to makeout with someone, so now he thinks i cheated on him, but i NEVER have nd i would never dream of doing that to him. i know i caught it from sharing drinks nd food with friends, but he doesnt believe me, nd i dnt want to tell him, i dnt want to break up with some one iv been going out with for 9 months because he thinks iv cheated on him, but i never have. help?
