i went to my v-day dance at school and the guy that i like was there he is in a grade higher then me and i still dont know his name but when i was dancing he kept looking at me he was like moving his head around to find me and when it was time to slow dance he kept smiling at me and everytime i got close his friends would like push him like they were telling him to ask me to dance(but we didnt even talk)i see him all the time cause we have the same lunch period does what happened at my dance mean he likes me or what

My ex broke up with me when I moved away from college and said I need to enjoy my college years (i moved 3 hours away and am 7 years older). He says he still loves me all the time and that we will get back together and live a beautiful life. How then is he ******* some other girl in the meantime? Can guys get pleasure from a girl when they are in love w/someone else?

I met my boyfriend last year when I was a freshmen in college and there wasnt anywhere to sleep so we slept in the same bed in my dorm (didnt do anything, just sleep) before we decided to date. Then we dated for 6 months but he recently started school and said he had too much on his mind so we just take it easy for awhile. Well this weekend he's visiting me as friends and it is a 7 hour drive which he would never do so thats confusing and he said 'oh but make sure you get sheets cuz im sleeping on the couch'. We have had sex but that just confuses me cuz we are still close and if he could sleep in my bed before we dated why is he against it now? I was thinking maybe he would be tempted to want to have sex or something but I am perfectly fine with just sleeping since we are just friends now. Anyone know?

There's a girl at my school who I think likes me. It seems like she has been trying to be around me more often lately, doing things such as sitting with me at lunch and asking for help with Physics during our spare block. She seems to be paying more attention to me also. For example, today at the start of our spare block she made the observation of how I was pretty quiet earlier in Physics. Later on, another girl came to the table and they were talking. During their conversation, it seemed she was letting off choice bits of information (like that she was single, that she'd like a nice guy). She also asked me whether me and my two other friends were single (which I am). I'm sure she was trying to assess my situation. She got a carnation today as a joke from one of her friends who had put a guys name on the tag. She indirectly made it really clear it was a joke and not from an actual guy.

So I'm fairly sure she likes me, and I definately like her. What kind of move should I make?

"You can't define it." --Hey, how can you tell that you're in love if you can't define it? How can you tell that it exist? I mean, at least God has a basis for existence. But the person countered with "You can't explain God, does he exist?" (it was a catholic school, everyone was catholic, including me)

"Love is life, and life is love. Love is beautiful. Everybody needs love to exist."-- WTH was that. That wasn't an explanation or a definition, it sounds like a freaking quote from a dating game show.

"Love is not the same as a crush, love is something bigger." -- But, you can't tell why. Sounds like an exaggerated crush to me, then.

"Love is affection, commitment, and lust combined." --IMO it's not dumb at all. But it sound like someone grouped the three and named it.

Happy Valentine's Day. I know there's probably someone out there that can give a rational answer, but there's probably gonna be a lot of people giving novel-ish melodramatic crap

There's this guy at school that I've known since last year. Well this year, at the beginning of the school year, he was acting pretty indifferent towards me and flirting with other girls around me. Now, lately, he's been going out of his way to talk to me or tease me. He gave me his phone # on myspace and at a recent dance he very nervously asked me to dance with him, kept coming around me and my friend, and kept staring at me (even when he would dance with other girls.) he even told me his friends thought he was trying to "spit game" at me during the dance, and they kept watching my friend and I when he wasn't around. We text message on the phone alot now, but ever since the dance; it's like everything he talks about is about sex; and it's usually very blatant. Even if I'm not joking around with him about stuff like that he talks about it. He knows I'm not the type of girl to do any of the things he talks about us doing, so why does he keep doing it? Does he like me or not?

Well, everyone gets the person they like, everyone has someone to love. Except me. I currently like someone. Who I never actually spoken to. He seems to like me. There is eye contact, he even smiled at me once. We also have a lot in common. I see way to many people get the one's they want, but not me. How can I talk to him? How can I make this work?

i am 20 yr old boy and my Gf is 21. she is sexy but the problem is she is ugly.however she loves me a lot and we have a gud chemistry everything is going well. the problem is since she is not gud lukin i am not sure my parents would accept her as i am a bengali and there are very gud looking girls in my own community. i had suggested few people and they said that its not gud to heart your parents emotions and expectations and some have told me not to worry once ur parents understand how much she loves you and she would be a gud daughter in law they would compromise and accept her..!! ok so this guy told me he liked me like 2 years ago. i told him i just wanted to be friends. he's really hott (i know thats shallow of me) and pretty nice. but i find him kinda boring. (i feel i should say srry here bc he likes me and i find him boring....) anyway. we've kept in touch. gone out with other friends to movies and parties. and sometimes when he IMs me on yahoo, im busy most of the time so i cant talk. but he still tries to talk to me. today he just said happy valentines day as we were IMing each other and i usually dont make a big deal out of valentines day so i was just really nonchalant about it. but that got me thinking....does he still like me. hes like 3 years older than me but we are pretty good friends. he hasnt had any other girlfriends that i kno about but idk...what do u think.? maybe im overthinking this.

Ok me and this guy had gone out on 5 what i say dates, and we talk about everything and anything at all...ive really fallen for him. the other night thought he stated that this next outing we were going on he kinda mentioned it was a date but didn't...then he asked about this pic of a girl he saw that i knew and said he would like to meet her and i hate this girl she was such a jerk gf to my best friend..so i was totally crushed obviously thinking he didn't like me..I told him what i felt about her and he backed off really fast. well the next day when we went out..he opened the door, paid for me..for the first time ever called it a date let me wear his sweatshirt and it was a perfect evening and for the first time he hugged me goodbye. He isn't the player type he is the shy guy that takes his time and likes everyone, I really like him but the whole thing of him asking me about another girl throws me..was the other girl just a test for me? Can a guy have a crush on the same girl twice-- after losing interest a first time?

There's this guy who use to like me. I didn't find out that he liked me until after he's stopped liking me. I had no idea that he liked me so I didn't return any signs of interest.

The thing is that now I've kinda fallen for him (I have a tendency to develope crushes on guys who like me first).
