ok so this guy told me he liked me like 2 years ago. i told him i just wanted to be friends. he's really hott (i know thats shallow of me) and pretty nice. but i find him kinda boring. (i feel i should say srry here bc he likes me and i find him boring....) anyway. we've kept in touch. gone out with other friends to movies and parties. and sometimes when he IMs me on yahoo, im busy most of the time so i cant talk. but he still tries to talk to me. today he just said happy valentines day as we were IMing each other and i usually dont make a big deal out of valentines day so i was just really nonchalant about it. but that got me thinking....does he still like me. hes like 3 years older than me but we are pretty good friends. he hasnt had any other girlfriends that i kno about but idk...what do u think.? maybe im overthinking this.

ok ozzy. by boring i meant like- idk want to say that he doesnt have a personality bc he does. and he is funny occasionally but i just look at him as a friend hes one of those guys who talk about sports a lot (which is okay but this guy is hardcore) and im one of those girls who when guys talk about sports crack jokes about how i dont care. we have fun talking about stuff but the "stuff" is rare.

If he's still talking to you, he still likes you. But he might not "like you, like you. He could just consider you a friend. Ask him. But if you still find him boring, what's the point? Does it really matter to you if he likes you?

I mean why get his hopes up if you're going to end up hurting him in the end? Let him move on and find someone who will appreciate him.

It's natural to think about things like that over the holidays. More than likely though he was probably just saying happy valentine's day.

Ask him. He could just be a cool friend a nonchalant. I have a friend EXACTLY like that, several really. Good luck. oooo wait, try this: kss him on the cheek and see what happens far as his reaction goes.

why? are you now confused with your relationship to him. you sure is. talk to him and let him know how you feel there's a sudden changed as time passes by. your key now is your HONESTY - at least you have something to say to him that both of you are friends for 2 years and does know alot with each other and continuous communication with him helped you to like him. REMINISCE things what both of you have. you are now attracted to him.. yihee.. good luck! happy valentines to both of you!
