My girlfriend used to live near me but she had to move and lived an hour away. We could still see each other a lot but I just found out I'm moving to Japan. I want to impress her with something memorable for the two years before I can move back to the States. I'd also like some ideas for a mix CD that I'm making for her. I have a brilliant man who knows me better than i know myself inside and out, but lately i have found myself locked within the jaws of potential infidelity, recently i find myself falling gradually for another man who is charming, and who's words quench a thirst in me that needs satisfying....you don't have to tell me it's wrong i already know, but i have no control over this, and feel dishonest with my man what can i do when i'm falling helplessly?

Met a girl from match.com 3 weeks ago. We met the first time and had a fun 1st date on a Friday pub crawl and making out. The next week was my birthday and I invited her out the Tuesday after but we did not get together because she wasn't feeling well and was starting to catch cold. However, since we had a nice 1st date, she called me back Thursday and agreed to meet up for a 2 hour short dinner date last Friday (1 week from the 1st). We had fun and kissed at the end but it was cut short due to her having to wake up early and her feeling under the weather. I texted her that Friday nite(no response) to wish her a speedy recovery and emailed her Monday about my weekend b-day party. I did not call her this week to not be eager beaver. It is Friday now (1 week from the 2nd) and I received no email response from her... should I give her space or call her next week (before/after Valentine's Day) to check in?

Theres this girl i like(lets call her (S) in this)I know her really well cause we're family friends and i known her since kindergarden. I started liking her at Gr5 but kept it inside me the whole time, a few months ago 2 of my friends found out and eventually it spread to more ppl but then one person announced it to everyone in class, so i was like whatever and confessed to (S). Now she likes another guy who doesnt like her, and ignores me and avoids me like we dont know each other. I asked my friend who is also (S)'s best friend about apologizing and she says it will make things worse and i should just wait it out and something will eventually have to happen. Even if (S) doesnt like me I dont really care right now because its proboaly too early to be obsesed with love yet (We're in Gr.8)but i want here to just stop treating me like she doesnt know me
Will apologizing make everything worse or better
and will sending her a valentine gift do anything, just something small like a flower

well i asked her out and she said i'll think about it and then after a week her friends told me she said no. I am pretty young and I really, really like some boy in my school. On Valentines Day they have a little Sale that you can send notes to your friends, or crushes, followed by a candy. My friend has been with this guy for about 2 years. He has tried to dump her about 7 times, but she keeps crawling back. He treats her horribly, flirting with other girls in front of her, telling her she's put on weight (well she has...), chatting to girls on the net and not telling them he has a girlfriend, he tries to make her do sexual things she is not comfortable with and seems to expect her to do sexual things, when they have arguements he pushes her and hits her, "rarely in the face" she says, and she says he loves her and will stop eventually. She is 19 and he is 21. We've tried everything, how the hell do we make her snap out of it? She has been in a bad relationship before.

Please only answer if you are going to be helpful, i know shes a stupid idiot so i dont need other peoples opinions on that, just advice.

ok so i really like this guy. i know that he used to like me but then he stopped for a little while. then he started liking me again, this time i fell for him really badly. we don't have anyclasses together anyomore so i don't talk to him, i didn't talk to him alot before that though. now all of a sudden it seems like he doesn't like me anymore i try as hard as i can to see him sround school but he doesn't even glimpse at me anymore. he isn't terribly shy so i don't think thats it. but i left him a message on myspace and he read it but didn't reply. i dont know what to do. i don't want to lose him again
