well DO NOT try to use any lines. TOTALLY LAME.
I would first see if she's interested. Ask her what she's into or what she's doing one weekend to try to get what vibe she's sending. Then tell her that y'all should hang out sometime. She will probably agree (at first to be nice , but if she's into you she will DEFINITELY try to make the plans with ya). Get her number and actually call her. If she doesn't answer the first time, don't get discouraged. wait till the next day... or something. try again. still no answer... i would give it one more try... she may play hard to get. If she's not into you (and she doesn't straight up reject you), you will figure it out. HOWEVER it may all work out. make some plans. something simple. where yall can get to know eachother better.

Good fortune favors the bold.
One time I had a huge crush on the student body president of my college. After spending *hours* building up the courage, I walked across campus, into her office and told her secretary that I wanted to speak with her.
We had met a few times before (initially, when I was doing surveys for a class project) Then I asked her how she was and what she was doing Friday. We only went out once, but that gave me a lot of momentum, for several other women. Btw, that was the first time I ever went on a date.

DO NOT BEAT AROUND THE BUSH!!!!! OMG! Us girls HATE that or at least I do! Be confident and just be really sweet and don't try to embarrass her. Pull her away from her friends and ask fer privately. Good Luck!

Just be confident in yourself and walk up to her, ask her if she has email and/or a phone number and then ask her if she wants to go hang out with you some time. (and give a generic day[such as 'this weekend' or 'tomorrow')

or see a movie..
WITH other people.
to make it more casual..easy to get into.
i suppose.
or whatever.
just make it simple and easy..
