because i went to the school dance and the kid i like was there....i think i like him so much that i was crying at the end of the dance....im not sure why i was crying but i think it was because i like him so much and he doesn't like me (that i know of) is this normal ???

It is normal in the sense that you are frustrated and that is how you are dealing with it. What is it that you like so much about this guy? Is he really that special that you would put so much importance and give him so much power over you? Your reaction to this makes me think that maybe you are in serious need of attention (maybe your dad isn't around?) and that sort of need sometimes results in girls doing things (like having sex) for boys that they wouldn't normally be ready for. Please think about that, you may need to talk to someone you trust about this so that you don't go on to make mistakes that can change your life forever.
(by the way, pretty much no boy is worth crying over... trust me as adorable and cute as he is, he is probably pretty immature and shallow)

definitely. i like this guy too but i can't get over him b/c he's dating someone else. when a guy doesn't like you, one always questions why. am i too ugly? too fat? not fun to hang around with? that's the cause of most of the sadness. you start to question yourself. trust me. its not u. guys at that age are pretty much retards who only like girls with big breasts and are slutty. things will get so much better in college. trust me.
