Because girls expect it. The age old question, "does this dress make me look fat?" Women don't want us to tell them the truth.
Trust me. Men are FAAAR more honest than Women, in general anyway. We don't like mind games. We are straightforward and to the point. We take things at face value and try not to overanalyze things. In other words, when we say something, it hardly ever means something else. We say what we mean and we mean what we say.
Women on the other hand...
Man: You've been quiet all evening. Are you upset?
Woman: No. Everythings Fine.
pfft. Liar. How many of you ladies (when you are upset) respond to that question in a similar fashion? Or do you always tell the truth?

im a guy so i can answer that ,, lol sometimes they cant handle the truth or maybe the truth is really not as interesting as a lil lie ,, for example me and you are together i got fired from my job you ask me why im not at work instead of me just saying i got fired i tell you "man see this what happened umm my boss be tripping so i quit bump that " lol then you find out i got fired because i was missing too many days by that time i already got another job and i have forgot i lied to you so you ask me why i lie and now im looking stupid ,,, or you might get this lil lie girl um im going to bang the hell out of you im going to stick all "11inches" in that butt lol knowing good and damn well it MIGHT be 7/12 inches on a damn hoeney day,,, so now we about to have sex and you expecting nice long sex and a nice long ding dong and all you get is "lol" a 5min wonder wow what a way to start a relationship lol

Because they don't care about the answer, and it makes us feel that we're getting away with something.
As long as we don't lie about the big things, like whether or not we're cheating, etc., then just let it go and enjoy your relationships with guys who like about the smallest things.

Now now, don't even try to group all guys together on this one. I don't lie, if I should tell an untruth it's because someone told me the untruth first. Should I group all women together when I call my ex a cheater? She had an affair with her boss, do I group you in with the cheater wh0res?

They to afraid to be a man and amitted the truth because either that dont want to tell you the real truth or either they try to avoid the sitiuation and get mad when you bring it up a typical guy

Because they don't know JESUS, "The TRUTH, the WAY and the LIFE." So they still belong to satan, who is the father of lies. Those who are "True" Christian hate lies just as GOD hates lie. GOD says love the sinner but hate the sin.

Its because we are dumb *** hell, and dont realize that when we do it hurts the relationship we are in, that the little things are just as important as the big things, that everything is important. No matter how unimportant it sounds.

men is psychologically obliged to protect sth, or prove he is right. this may also be connected to it's insticts. it has a higher ego than women, but ofcourse this cant be a justification. a liar man is not a real MAN
