OK. Its been a few days since we split and yesturday was the first day we havent contacted each other. I feel like crap, but I am doing better today. I havent cried for about 24 hours, thats good I guess. We were together for 5 yrs and it wasnt a sudden break up, we were having issues, but I thought him breaking it off was a bit harsh. We could of tried to fix things, but he seems to think it was all just to hard.

My question is...
Should a relationship be hard? Should you have to constitly watch what you say (we did get a big bitchy to each other) and should you have to explain yourself when your in a bad mood from work stuff, or friend stuff?

At what point do you stop trying for a relationship to work?

Please I'm begging you, create an "Under 21" area for these kiddie questions that are the same EXACT question over and over and over and over and over again.

My boyfriend and I broke up for a stupid reason, and now we both look back on it and say we want to work things out now, and i do, and i know he does. I really like this guy, and I mean a lot. we have a lot in common and seem to get on well. he's been flirtatious numerous times although he does seem to be pretty moody. anyhow i met him through a course we're both taking and he has to quit because he's working late, so I will not be seeing him any more. we all have each other's phone numbers - so should I call him? OK, so I have been Dating my boyfriend for 8 months and im head over heals for him and i know he feels the same way. we have always had a long distance relationship, we live about 200 miles apart. we are one of those examples where opposites attract. we are completely different people with a lot of different views and we are both very argumentative, we love to argue with each other over everthing. Thats not the issue though, we both love that. a month ago he surprised me and told me that next school year (we are both pre-med students) he is moving up north to go to school with me. Im so exicited! then, last night he asked me if when he moves up here if I would get an apartment with him and we could live together. A part of me would love that, but another part of me is scard to death, that is a big step after long distance. I dont know. do you have any advice?

I met this guy at a club, and we met 3 days afterwards for dinner.
We kissed the first night we met. but on the date he wasnt making much physical contact like putting his arm around me whilst walking or holding my hand or touching my hand ,arm,knee anything!. im not sure whether this is because he was being a true gentleman, but at the end of the night it seemed like he wanted to kiss me but didn't really make the first move so i didnt. the thing is, he also wanted to end the night quite early as he said he had to work the next day. he seems interested, as he told me he would call me. what is this guy playing at or what does this mean...its confusing!

I have a small dilemma here I have a secret admire that sends me flowers and all shorts of goodies to my office. you just gotta know me. i am a 16 year old, who thinks and acts like a 40 years-old woman. everybody tells me that, and at first "responsible, punctual, MATURE, composed, thinker" sound like compliments. but i feel like my sweet 16 is passing me by. i don't have many friends at school (just because i am introverted and find it hard to talk to them), and am much easier w/ people over 30.
Even my boyfriend, told me last night that it really bugs him.

In other words - i reeeeally want to change. Become somewhat immature, easy-going, spotaneous, random, fun.

I want it for myself... and not my bf, family of friends.
