I know you want to tell him really bad, but I'd wait a little bit before you actually do. If you tell him, he's a guy so it may scare him a little. Make sure you know that he feels the same way. I never told a guy that I dated that I loved him first. I always waited to hear it from him and then I was like, "Good, because I love you too." But if you do really want him to know now, wait until the two of you are sitting alone and just having a conversation. When he says something funny or cute, just smile and tell him you love him, but do it playfully so that it doesn't freak him out.

Be honest. Tell him that you have never felt this strongly for anyone before and you like the feeling. See what he says. Serious relationship? Does that mean you're having sex? If so, maybe saying you're in love makes you feel less guilty. It could go many ways - he might get scared silly and run in the other direction. If you're NOT sexually involved, he may think you're implying that you want to have sex and that would be the wish of any stupid teenage boy. You've dated "on and off" - does that mean just dating or did you have sex and then it cooled and now he's back . If so, maybe just for the sex if his old g/f said NO. If you are NOT sexually involved, please don't jump in. You have 4 more years of school to consider. This might be love because love can come at any age. If it is REAL LOVE, it will grow and wait for awhile.

Go out, have a nice time, and if it feels right..say it. If you have any doubts at all..don't do it. There is a chace of ruining the relationship..it just depends..[this sounds so corny..] just follow you're heart but don't get too worked up about it..
good luck.

i think that you should say it to him directly that you love him..if you can't you could write him a letter or whatever.. our world is so advanced right now that nobody's got an excuse to miss communicating to someone..oh well since this is your first serious relationship, don't expect too much out of it since you guys are still young and there are so many opportunities are lying around if ever that doesn't work out..

Wait for a special moment during a date and lightly whisper it in his ear. If he loves you back kiss him if he says he doesn't well try again later and bond!

Thats the beautiful thing about love. If you feel like you've just been hit by the love truck, and you are overflowing with this emotion, just let it out! doesn't matter how you do it, just that you do it.

>: Why? Are you to shy to tell him your real feelings? First of all, you need to gather all the courage you have then go tell him your feelings for him.
>: If your too shy, you can tell him through email, texting, friendster(If he has one) or even a letter!

Go up to him and just tell him you love him. You guys should be used to saying that to each other?
