you just gotta know me. i am a 16 year old, who thinks and acts like a 40 years-old woman. everybody tells me that, and at first "responsible, punctual, MATURE, composed, thinker" sound like compliments. but i feel like my sweet 16 is passing me by. i don't have many friends at school (just because i am introverted and find it hard to talk to them), and am much easier w/ people over 30.
Even my boyfriend, told me last night that it really bugs him.

In other words - i reeeeally want to change. Become somewhat immature, easy-going, spotaneous, random, fun.

I want it for myself... and not my bf, family of friends.

HOW DO I DO IT????... AT LEAST TIPS

Thanks

baby girl, do something that others won't dream of you doing. join a rock climbing gym, pick up surfing (if possible). throw rocks @ police car (just a joke). i'm sure you can think of something more creative.

Do yourself a favor sweetie, and don't try to be someone you're not, especially to try and please other prople. You will only make yourself miserable, and get into a trap of always trying to please other people, that you will lose your real self in the process. Love yourself, and who you are, and eventually, the right people will want to be around you because they like YOU - not who you think you should be!
If you are an introvert, and need some help with talking to people, take small steps, and try breaking out of your comfort zone little by little by taking small risks at a time talking to people that you don't know very well. If your boyfriend is worth his weight in gold, he will help you to do this, while loving you exactly the way you are. If he's giving you a hard time about who you are, lose his skinny butt, and move on to someone who will!! And don't become more immature! Yuck! Good Luck, and don't cheat yourself out of the wonderful you that you really are!! ;-)

You need tips on becoming immature?

Just look around at all the girls at your school...

Being responsible, punctual, composed, and actually having a brain is good. I promise you, life doesn't really begin until after high school.

Maybe you're taking yourself too seriously... Do you think deep down inside you can't let yourself have fun because you think you have a reputation as being "mature" to live up to? Just relax and let loose!
