Ok I have this friend and he is super cute and super sweet and I have liked him since the begining of school. We have alot of classes together and we talk on a daily basis. When me and him are just talking he brings up the subject of asking girls out or haveing girlfriends and what he likes and dislikes about girls. I would love to date him but he said he hates dating girls because the whole brake up process [i am self consience about asking guys out and he doesent know hoe much i like him] he allways flirts buy joking with me making me laugh and playing with my beads that i allways wear.

my boyfriend of 13 months is sick at least once a week, he has to be hospitalised many times (childhood cancer). we have been living together for 13 years and recently i feel very tired and stressed about the whole situation, should i stay out of guilt? we are both 25 yrs old. I know it has something to do with my self-esteem. after winter break i used to joke around with my bf saying that i was going to become shy around him like i was in the start of school. apparently, it was something not to jke around with, because i am more quiet and well so he says distant. I jusy started feeling different during witer break my self-esteem went rock- bottom because i recalled something an ex of mine said and did that brought my self-esteem down long ago. I thought about it and now, I see myself as well ugly and all those horrible things. I came back and i just won't seem to get all cuddly with my bf like i used to and i'm not always laughing like i used to. i used to be all happy when i was with him, now it's different. it's me, but i don't know how to fix it. i know i might be overreacting but everytime i try to eat i can't becoming paranoid that i might get fat. I've known and been attracted to a girl for the last three years of my life and I can imagine no one else in my life. She has only become single this year, and I've expressed my feelings towards her BUT NEVER MADE A MOVE towards going out with her.

The problem is that she has interests in other guys at the same time, and often ignores me or even avoids me at times, but then she comes onto me again and ignores me again in what appears to be a vicious cycle.
