Here's the deal.Me, my bf, and our friends are thinking about buying a cabin for our school breaks and move in when we're 18. The thing is they want me and my bf to share a room but I'm scared to think what he might do because it's only going to be us. So I don't know if he will leave me alone at night or he might try something. Should I be worried? Is it a good idea to still buy the cabin? What should I do?

Nobody can legally sell you a cabin until you are 18 anyway.

Do not ever buy anything as big as Real Estate (or even rent) with anybody who ever may be unable to afford their share of the payments!!! You will be held legally responsible for the whole payment!

Do not buy anything with your friends!

Please stop and breathe okay? Thank you!! First, DON'T buy the cabin. Second, find an investor and put your money into an account where it can grow and get bigger. Third, if your bf and yourself haven't already talked about safe as well as responsible sex because one or both of you haven't brought it up yet, I really don't think either one of you is emotionally ready for it just yet. As your parents would say,m wait until your older.

If I may quote Whitney Houston: "Hell to the NO!"

Do NOT buy that cabin. You will regret it. And don't even think about you and your boyfriend. Think about later, when someone wants to move out...or when someone doesn't pay their part of the mortgage...or when someone wants to bring in a new girlfriend/boyfriend...or when someone wants to sell.

It is always a bad idea to buy property with people who have no legal committment to you.

If you feel uncomfortable, i suggest you go with your gut and not buy the cabin

If you are scared to be alone with him, why are you going out with him?
