Easy. Start talking. Laugh. Mostly its talking. Younger people have different ways like pulling hair and playin footsie but mostly making each other laugh is what i call flirting(well it is what everybody else calls flirting).....

I just go up and start talking to him and just act very interested in getting to know him. I stand or sit close to him and make lots of eye contact.

Smile a lot and act confident. Guys don't like girls who are down on themselves. Don't take yourself too seriously, especially if a guy is teasing you (unless it is hurtful). Tease back and be witty, guys like a girl who can hold their own.

play with him wear short stuff even if you don't want to, if you have a school dance start touching him ask him if he want's to dance or start grinding don't act like a whore but act like you like don't be all over him he's gonna think your annoying talk with make eye contact ask him with youre homework don't do ggod on test then ask him out

smile alot, laugh at his stupid jokes, and the ultimate if you're into him is the touch barrier, whether it be on the arm or the shoulder or something like that.
