I really like the guy I work with and he's nice to me. I've already e-mailed him before and he was nice. And sure it'd be awkward, but I highly doubt that'd he go out w/ me and if it did happen....i don't know if it'd be awkward. I should just give it a chance, shouldn't I?

I need help?
i already bought her a gift and she liked it. the day i gave her a gift she was so happy
. Honestly when i saw her walking down the hall i really want to talk to her but on the other hand we work at the same place so i have to be carefull.I dont want to get in the trouble because everyones eyes on me they keep watching me since im the new guy. last friday i asked her to come with me for the coffee she said no im busy.
Guys there must be some ways that i can gain her trust and if i continue to act like a stalker im afraid im going to loose her forever

I've asked this once before, but I am curious to hear responses a second time. I am 21, he's 31. He's my French instructor (also French). I fell in love about two years ago with him (and no, not becaue he's French. I love his brain, his intelligence, and he reminds me of myself). You don't have to tell me that this always happens (I know), and you don't need to inform me that he could lose his job (these things I am aware of). I've always told myself that a ten-year difference is my limit (age isn't my concern, please don't address it). My question is, what would you do? He has no clue about how I feel (at least I don't think. I've never shown it). Would you tell him how you feel at the end of the semester before transferring elsewhere? How would you tell him? Also, for someone who is supposed to act professional on his job, is there a way I may be able to tell if he may be even a little bit attracted? Body language? MATURE ADVICE PLEASE.

well i'm a guy and i went all though school with out asking any girls out but i figure it's because i never really knew any of the girl's i graduated with because i was older and other guys made everything great for me i felt that i was always made out to be the class clown in turn that would always would make me mad. But now years later if i see them to this day i say hi and everything but i'm affaird to ask them. and can't even do a "one on one" talk with them for some reason and don't really know why what is you take on this

My girlfriend is going away Friday until Sunday to visit her best friend this girl I've only met twice her name is Tina. She's a nice person but...I'm not a big fan of the things she does. She smokes pot..which is fine everyone does but she does more she drinks a lot has done LSD, Crack, Cocaine, Heroin and numerous other drugs including extascy (can't spell it) . My girlfriend has been so excited to see this girl she's practically been ignoring me ALL WEEK! She is always on the phone with her texting her etc. I don't know why I'm upset...Why am i feeling this way? Me and my guy friend are going to visit my family about 4 hours away for the weekend...i just planned it a few days ago...i feel like i needed something to do to get my mind off of her going away. WHY do i feel so depressed and like sad? WHY?? it's only 2 days what are some things i an do to not make me think of her. Another thing is sometimes when she goes away i hear from her maybe once a day.(through text) WHAT CAN I DO?

I i like this girl and i was able to get an assigned seat next to her
but we do not know each other
and we are both shy
and althoug i look calm, whenever i talk to her, i get nervous,

i know i have to talk to her regularly for her to day yes a dance in one month
that is what i want to do

but how much conversation is enough and how much is too much
and what do i talk to her about?

i want her to know me well enough in a month and become her freind so that asking her does not seem out of the blue.

but i do not want it to seem obvious that i like her till closer to the dance
and i dont want to seem like an idiot
