Since your name is Sidney, I'm assuming you're a male. Maybe he's taking your picture because he's helping a girl hook up. Or its for a project. Or he and his friends are messing with you. If none of these reasons/related, he's GAY or just plain weird.
If I'm wrong and you're female, then I think it means he has a crush on you, and want to stare at you all day long.
