I really like the guy I work with and he's nice to me. I've already e-mailed him before and he was nice. And sure it'd be awkward, but I highly doubt that'd he go out w/ me and if it did happen....i don't know if it'd be awkward. I should just give it a chance, shouldn't I?

I fell for the guy I worked with.... my advice is this.... become his friend.... get to know him .... then when yall hang out kinda flirt if he flirts back take it from there... Thats what I did ... needless to say we kissed and then the next day at work neither of us said anything about it and it wasn't even awkward cause we didn't want anyone to know anything had happened so we acted normal... he is my bestfriend and now we are talking I hope it works for you!!!

If you think it would be awkward think how awkward it may feel "if"after you go out with him. I don't know about you but I don't like to be around awkwardness and I try to avoid those kinds of situations if I can absolutely help it. I wouldn't pursue him...Especially if he works with you...

try asking to go for a cup of tea so that both of you can chat directly. Just try. A relationship in work area is not good but try to be friends ^^ its too early to decide what will happened right ?

Go for it, worst case scenario, it doesn't work out, and then you can go back to doing what you were doing before.

You'll never know what's gonna happen unless you take the risk. It might be awkard but if you know you'll always wonder what if!

No, I wouldn't pursue it. You work together leave it at that.
