I have been hurt numerous times in my life. No matter how hard I try I always end up getting hurt. I want to be happy but from what I learned I know it is not possible for me to be happy in love. How can I avoid falling in love again? I think that maybe I should just avoid dating guys altogether and never spend a lot of time with them. Maybe I'll get a cat.

This guy and I are pretty much over but i wanted to feel closure so I emailed him to ask if we could talk last night at a specific time and for him to email me back if that was ok...he never emailed me back so I figured he didnt want to deal with me...he emails me this morning that says "you were suppose to come over last night" I just feel like if he wanted me to come over he would have texted or called to see where I was...or even responded to the email.

do I email him back??? if so what do i say??? Im annoyed with him and feel like I should just say F*** it and him and move on.

Guys what are some reasons as to why you stay friends or "hang-out" with an ex? My ex dumped me a year ago yet last week he called me and asked me to go see a movie with him. Then he took me home, and when I asked him why he wanted to see me, he said that he wants to see me 'every once in awhile'. By the way, we never had sex cuz he knew that I wanna save myself for marriage. BUT, we only dated for one month, so why after one year, after HE dumped me, why does he wanna hang out and see me once in awhile? So what does he REALLY want and should I be worried?

I've observed that women tend to go for guys that treat them like trash (for lack of a better word). And the other night I was listening to a show on the radio with women calling in and admitting they like to be treated that way.

I have several questions: Do women like to be treated like trash? If they do does it have something to do with their childhood? Were they abused or beaten? Did their dad treat mom like a doormat so that's why they think that poor treatment is a show of love? Or is it some biological instinct that mistakes jerks for alpha males?

No stupid answers, if you dont' have a good answer then don't write anything. - no her head is not heavy!

have read a few articles on body language but I still don't know for sure what stuff means.

Maybe I don't see her often enough to know.

She is really shy toward most everyone, any suggestions on what her body language would be for both attraction and non-attraction?

Do you know of any big easy signs that I can look for?

There are so many small ones that I don't know what she's saying.

found out the guy I was talking to overseas < wasflyingout
to see some other girl when he came home ,so I broke it off with him, because he sort of lied and was dishonest about it, and I did not feel comfortable being his friend/dating, ect since he was dishonest. and deleted him from myspace, ect. He put his profile on private the day he came back from visiting her, even though he checked it the whole time that he was gone, visiting her. and never changed his status to single, and never put pictures up of him, even though she had tons of pictures of the two of them on her profile. Does this mean they are in a relationship, or that he's trying to hide all this now that he's gotten laid?

And why didn't he tell me about this, what does he care if I can see that he is in a relationship...is he ashamed of himself?
