I've been best friends with this girl for 4 years and we are really close. Now we are dating and have been for 3 weeks. When do i say i love you?

Me and my boyfriend have only been together 3 n a half weeks n already said I love you. We said it at a/b 2-2.5 weeks. It depends on when you feel is right to say it. If you feel it, say it. But DO NOT say it if you are not 100% sure. Even if ur 99.9% sure don't say it until you're 100% sure cuz a lot of females take that stuff very seriously.

Once you start to really, really feel it, then its the right time. Since you have been best friends for 4 years, you have a good sense of what it is that you love about her. Im sure she feels the same about you too. When you do decide to tell her, make sure you do it in a romantic setting. All the best!

You might want to wait a while. I know you've known her for 4 years but you've only been dating for 3 weeks..so just wait until you actually feel it..and you think she feels it too :)

You should tell her when yout heart tells you to. It helps if the timing is right - you should be with her - it means more when you can look the person in the eyes when you say it. I dont think there is a time limit on love.
