Two past partners, and the two people I've ever been in love with, told me at points that I was selfish.

But, the problem is, how do you stop?

As soon as you try n stop you're thinking about yourself again... And I've I don't THINK of myself above others, I just don't act the way I intend to...

well...i think he does. we keep making eye contact and catch each other looking. i catch him looking and he turns away quick so as for me not to notice. is he playing games with me or does he actually like me? what is he doing? is he trying to get my attention? he's a nice guy tho. its been goign on for 2 1/2 yrs. help. i am soooo in need of advice. i am going crazy. we're at uni 2gether.

OK his name is Ryan we are homeschooled and have been in the same classes he would tell jokes and i would laugh (even if they weren't funny) and this little boy (Ben) he's 3 said to Ryan that he thought that Ryan and this other girl should get married and then Ben told Ryan that he should be with me and Ben put our hands together and Ryan didn't pull away and when I switched classes Ryan asked my friend Ashley where I was and when she told him he asked what class I had transfered to and then he was kidding around saying he hoped I wouldn't come that day because I had read the last book in A Series Of Unfortunate Events before him. So what do you think?

I am DONE being a naughty girl. I quit my job at the stripper's club and I am now currently looking for new employment elsewhere. I burned all of my naughty pics, and will not be taking any more of them. I am just going to be me.....the fun, free young woman I have always been, but went to far with. There's this really mean girl. I was in greek-dancing class when she IMed my cell. When I got it, i said "hi" and she said, OMG! You like ****! And I was upset, so I said, "how do you know?" so she said, "Its obvious! Everyone knows!" I then said, "Well whats everyone looking at me for?" and she said, "its what you do!" is she lying? is she gunna tell the guy i like??? HELP!!! OK so my ex- boyfriend is 25 and I'm 21. We dated for a month then HE ended it saying that he's "busy". Our relationship was very innocent, it never went past kissing cuz he knew that I wanna save myself for marriage. Neways, we both go to the same university, I'm an undergrad while he's a grad student. I was crossing the street and he called my name and we talked for a bit. At the end of the conversation he asked me "to give him a shoutout if I ever wanted to "hang out". I said said bye & walked away. That was a month ago & he never brought it up even on msn, thus I thought it was just fake. Today I got the biggest surprise, I logged on msn and he said hi right away. He asked me my plans for the winter break & I did, then he told me that he's gonna have a long break & travel. Then he said "we should meet up". I said sure & he asked me when was good for ME, I did, & now we're meeting up next week.He said he'll call me the night before. WHY does he wanna see me now?

I told my friend I was in love with her a year ago after a guy she dated for 2 yrs. broke her heart. She said needed time to get over him, so I kept my feelings buried as best as I could. Love is patient I know because I've had feelings for her for a long time, even before their breakup. Im not sure I can kept pretenting that she is only a friend to me. We have been spending more time together and she tells me I make her feel safe and that there is an attraction. I think she has feelings for me but she still seems afriad to take the step. She told me I've been great on not pressuring her and giving her time but its breaking my heart. I told her recently I was still in love with her. Ok, so theres this guy I really like at my school, but he's really hard to read and I get really confused. Like he'll wait on me after class, sit in the cafeteria (which is where I am, this change has started to happen in the last week) instead of going off campus, smile at me a lot, stare at me, want to be near me, etc.

But then he also asks other girls for pens/pencils when I'm pretty close to him, gives them a lot of attention (beyond friendly, more flirty) and stuff. How do I know he doesn't do this to lots of other girls on a daily basis?

It's just a huge ball of mixed signals. I've tried to mask my feelings for him completely because of this, he's in two of my classes and if it ends up he doesn't like me it would be awkward for the rest of the year.
