Singles & Dating - 15 December 2006

Personally, I feel that it is a little more accepted today than it was when my parents were kids but there are people in the world who still don't think that races shouldn mix but really can't give a valid reason why they shouldn't. What do you think?

(READ CAREFULLY) my friend (colleen) told me she likes dis guy (Marcus)...and if i can ask him out for her so i go to him and his friend(jerome) pulls me aside and asked me to go out with him ... the next day im in class and my friend (sasha) tells me that Marcus wants to ask me out but he doesn't know how.....WAT DO I DO

I broke up with my girl few monthes ago -after a longtime relation that was about to end by marriage- because she simpley didnt respect me ... i warned her many times before that not respecting me takes us some big steps backward because i honestly respected her.... and it didnt make anysense to her.... she said somthing that really hurted and would heart any man to hear.....so i chosed the break up ... am i right?

I have been in an long distance relationship for 2 years, Over time he has meantioned coming down, and has mentioned sex. I really dont want to disappoint him, he means the world to me but I really want to save myself for marriage. I am I guess what people would call 'a late bloomer' I've never had never had a boyfriend (Im not including long distance, I mean actual dating), sex, fooled around, or actually been kissed. Hell, I'm 19 and I didnt know girls could masturbate until a short while ago (yes Im a girl). I dont think he would pressure me into it, but as Ive said I have absolutely no sexual exeriences what so ever, and I know Im going to feel hella ackward if he wants to try other things.

I do think that we are a long ways off to actually seeing each other because he goes to a pristege (sp?) college so its hard keeping contact and from what I understand, a somewhat strict home setting but this has been on my mind for quite sometime, so I really would like advice.

Everyone thinks this guy is really annoying, but in truth he is really sweet, and everyone says that he likes me, he hasn't said it to me but his friends told me he said he likes me. He even sang to me, even though he's not very good. And at first i only think of him as a friend, but as i get to know him i start to fall for him...bad, but I lost my chance with him because apperently he got a girlfriend, but he was crazy for me and you can't just get over a major crush like that, and i think he might still like me but i'm not totally sure what my next move should be. What should I do?

Lately, I have been feeling this way. Like no one, really cares about me and my feelings. Why can't anyone listen and not judge me? This questioned was asked by a relative of mine and while my answer is pretty easy NO, I thought I would get some others opinions. Two people dating exclusively, the guy moves in after four months he starts acting funny. She finds out that he cheating, but he says they are just friends. He moves out and in with the FRIEND. After a month he calls and wants the girl back. He says it was a big mistake. They get back together and things go good for a few months until she notices he's on his phone a lot. Checks his phone only to find out that he is conversing with someone else. They break up again. They don't see each or other speak to each other for a few months then he calls saying he misses her and he's sorry he wants her back in his life. He seems to be attentive, but there are times when he can't be reached and when she is talking he often says, I'll call you right back. Could it be that he is sincere this time or just a LOSER!! He says she is not giving him a fair chance.
