random, cute gifts to send to someone special to me?

girl I really like, maybe move to next level. maybe a dozen roses or something cute, I sent her a card last week that said I was thinking about her, but i want something better.

Get her a cute teddy bear and write a note to her on it that says this bear isn't even half as cute as you or something sweet like that.

internity rings, stuffed animals(bears) and anything that she talks about a lot, take her somewhere. gl
