Neither, keep dating Gena, because you never know if sarah will go back to Jess. This way you still have Gena plus you can get some benefits from Sarah from time to time ;)

Are you dating two girls? You shouldn't be dating two girls at once anyways. I can assure you how badly the girl will feel if one of them were to find out that bit of information. My advise to you would be to come clean to both of them before things get worse for you, and you're in a situation that you can't get out of with a good reputation.
