It depends on so much. What would happen if one or both of you meet partners you'd like to live with? How well do you know him? Will you ever be anything other than friends? How far away will you be from your friends and family? How will you split expenses? Would this arrangement be mutually beneficial? Would living with a male friend friend make you happy? If you decide to go with him you need to have agreed boundaries and rules in advance, and stick to them.

R U Male or Female? Why would you want to go? If you are not marrying him, don't move. If you want to go to a new city and he will be your room-mate, go if you are a guy.
