So, here's the deal. I'm a smart guy. I already have a degree from a very prestigious university, and I'm currently getting my graduate degree. If I wanted to do, I could easily get a job paying six figures and live a traditional American life. But I don't want to.

I want to spend my time instead traveling around the world, seeing different places and different cultures. I'm feeling really disenchanted with American life and the culture of materialism and consumption.

I want to live a much simpler life. I want to travel around the Third World where it is much cheaper to sleep and eat. I want to work as a freelance writer and activitst. I wont necessarily make much (or any) money but thats ok, since i have enough to support myself for several years.

I'd also love a girl to share these experiences with. Do you think there are any girls out there who would be interested in traveling around with me, and who wouldnt' care that I don't want to have a regular job. Where can I meet her?

I still very much like her, but I could see us being good friends. It's all my fault really, for lying continuously about the stupidest **** you could think of....i need help on that too. But I realized that I'm not ready for a relationship, although I love the attention and sharing moments together with my Sig. Other...I just screw up too much....but any ideas of getting over her? Spend money? I really miss her....

First of i'm in my late 20's so this isn't a high school puppy love story.....I'm 100% italian and i have had a few dates with a woman 100% armenian....at this point I'm head over heels but know her culture is REALLY important and that she has only ever dated armenian men before.....I'm happy that i have at least had the chance to go out with her a few times (which I was told was impossible at first). I knew this kid for about 9years going on 10 and i went out with him when i was a little girl .Now were older and we found each other again. WE have spent alot of time with each other and he told me alot of stuff you know, but i don't believe him. HE even looked me in my eyes and said "YOU KNOW I LOVE YOU RIGHT"! My boyfriend does so much for me. He helps me out finacially and in so many other ways. The thing is I want to do something so nice for him that doesnt involve money, I want it to be priceless and meaningful and creative, even if it means having to make our sex life even more exciting for him. Just anything nice to make him smile. Any ideas?

I Love my boyfriend so much, and I want to be with him forever. He had some past girls ever since I left him last year, now he's in trouble with some guy, then he comes and sees the girl he was seeing before me and him got back again (we got together again in november of this year). However, she called him, and can you beleive she invited him over and he told me she kissed him but he pushed her back and said he had a girl, but then im like 'why did you go?' and I just get so frustrated. What can I do, he says he trully loves me and wants to marry me some day. I also want to marry him because I love him, but all this gets in the way and
I haven't even been able to sleep. This may seem confusing, but if you have any advice I'd really appreciate it, or anything that you can tell me to make me see or make things better.

I dated a guy for 4 months. I tried so hard treating him like my boyfriend. i was very proud to have him by my side, in love with him. I sensed the opposite from him. Never felt like I was his girlfriend. At times he was condescending to me. We were intimate while we dated. He said he was confused & wasn't sure if i was "the one." Not wanting him to be forced to be with me, i let him go. It was painful for me.

The other day I saw him on the train. His train was going southbound and my train was going northbound. (both our trains stopped at the same time, same location, opposite from each other) What a bizarre moment to bump into him after months of breaking up. I caught him staring at me. He made no facial gestures. Just staring at me. I looked the other way and I felt him staring at me. Up to today, we don't keep in touch. Just thought it was strange to bump into him.

I wonder why he wouldn't keep his eyes off of me. Why he kept on staring at me. Just wondering.
