First of i'm in my late 20's so this isn't a high school puppy love story.....I'm 100% italian and i have had a few dates with a woman 100% armenian....at this point I'm head over heels but know her culture is REALLY important and that she has only ever dated armenian men before.....I'm happy that i have at least had the chance to go out with her a few times (which I was told was impossible at first). Where do i go from here? i would LOVE to hear from some armenian women on this one!!??

If she wants you, there is nothing wrong with that. She shouldn’t be a slave of her culture. Don’t give up on her, she needs to have more courage to stand up to her people and say this is the guy that I want. It’s her life and she will be dealing with you. It’s a personal matter and her culture shouldn’t come between you two. I’m sure if she could open up to you, then she really is interested in you. Since this is her first time dating a guy that’s not Armenian she’s probably scared or inexperienced in this kind of business. Be more supportive and understanding I’m sure she really likes you but you need to have a more open mind.

well, how is this, i work with 2 100% italian guys (like straight off the boat italian) and have previously work with 2 others.
i see how these guys work. they are FLIRTS!! and the american girls fall all over them!! one of them reciently married an american girl, from NoVa born and raised, and he used to be the guy that would go to all the bars and take home different girls all the time. then there was the 19 y/o kid that didnt really know any english and girls just LOVED him, even tho he was terrified to go out with anyone just because of the language thing.
just go for it, be yourself, she will like you for who you are or you guys will figure out you arent for each other. where you are from shouldnt make a difference at all. i used to see a guy from mexica, and my bf's mom is now dating a guy from egypt. its fun to get to know other cultures

Try telling her that you are head over heels for her. But maybe she is to scared to try to somebody else other than American. Just work with her some she will end up talking to you more and more. (maybe)

I think maybe u should try to learn more about her culture cause if u try to learn more about her it will show your more interested and it will make her fall for u more....
