hate it when girls are overprotected. i was never like that with my bf but i see my friends who try to keep track of evrymin which gets me annoyed. but even though i was never like that with my bf he was and i liked it to know someone cares but i knew if i did it to him it would kill him.

this guy i fell for made me feel he really liked me ,he knew i was married and older than him,ive never had someone look at me as much as he did,and looking to see if i was looking back at him,also hanging around where i was,he had a girlfriend i found out he would get nervous aroundme as i would him as well,he used to keep coming over putting things in my bin but he would not talk ,i dont understand him,or hed come over say hello to the person next to me and ignore me,was he just playing games with me some times we would look at each other for ages,hes left now didnt even say good bye ,i want to phone him at workis this agood idea i need to know why he wanted my attention so much ,then left without a word.

There is this woman in her 40's and she wanted to have a child to keep her company in her old age, and of course child support til child is 18. Her brother said that men can be raped, not physically but by a drug (not sure which one) that can be given in a drink, and then the girl has sex with him, and gets pregnant, even though guy didn't want a child. Is this true? And if so, can this be proven in a court of law? It's been 5 years since child was born. Why would her brother say this to me after all this time. So was this guy raped?

Here's the deal:

I've had a crush on this one (Mark) for almost two semesters, and we're not really close or anything, but we're not complete strangers.

I finally decided I wanted to ask him out today, and I had his friend talk to him for me... and he said no. According to Chase (his friend) this is how it went down:

"Hey Mark, Sameeh wants to go out with you."
"Umm...Yeah?"
"Yes or No, man!"
"Eh...I'm already going to the dance with someone"
"Oh, so you're not going out with anyone, though. Do you want to go out with her?"
"Umm...not...no."

I started crying and I left the band room after they talked and Chase told me what he said.

What am I supposed to do?

As my question states, the Christmas dance is tomorrow. I have a very cute outfit and he is going.

My ex-partner was abusive to me and my children and I lost contact with everyone that I knew and I am at a loss as to how to go about making new friends now at this stage in my life. I cannot go out alot and when I do, I feel that men are not interested in friendship and women think it's weird if you ask them would they like to meet up for a drink again or go see a movie or even swop phone numbers so I have no idea what to do. I'm unable to do a course at the moment because of a lack of babysitters and finances. Any thoughts?

there's this guy i've been like seeing for like 2 months and he tells me he misses me and that he likes me , he says it's a good thing cause he does'nt usually like girls.

then everytime he's drunk he asks me if i like him....obviously i do if i drive down to see him all the time.

I keep reading answers that start or finish with, "I will never this or that!"

There is no such thing as "Never." I can think of too many times in my life where I have said I would never do something and end up doing it anyway. "Never", is an abosolute statement! Life and death are the most common abosolutes in the world, you can pretty much cut the deck after that.

My question I guess is, what do you think about "Never" and how so many use it in vain. People abuse it probrably more then they abuse the use of the word, "Love."

my ex ended our relationship a couple of weeks ago due to "his doubts". i however did not believe him because to me that was a ridculous reason. i believed that it was because he wanted to explore his other options in college. while my mind is telling me he is wrong for me, my heart still longs for him, more than he will ever know. i confronted him with this theory and he denied it to a t. i also told him i thought he ended it because he wanted to control me and to have control in our relationship. he was less than enthused. i also told him that if he really loved me, he would tell me everything. he responded but not in the way i wanted him to. i want him to tell me the truth but i feel that he's convinced himself that doubt is what really ended it. it's funny. he wasn't the guy i thought he was. he's controling and manipulative and he just can't see it. advice?
