...and have been for over a year now. We had plans of moving in together this summer, but he is being moved out of the country for two years (he is a Marine). The thing is that though I am in love with him and we have a wonderful time together in real life I think that another 2 years apart is going to be really rough because he is not exactly the type who is emotionally giving when is comes to our online relationship. (ie. He is really wonderful and romantic in real life when we are together, but he seems really distant through email, which probably sounds like common sense, but without the physical displays of affection it is harder to see how he feels about me). Is there a way to get him to open up more emotionally so we can survive this 2 years or should I suck it up and hope flights to Japan get cheaper?

I have been dating this guy for a little over a month now and we seem to enjoy each other’s company. He talks and talks about how he wants to be with just me and how he's not dating other people. On the other hand, I have made it very clear that I'm not ready to just date one person. I am really starting to like him though so I told him, “You’re starting to make me not want to see other guys.” And he said, “Good.” Then the next morning, we woke up and he said, “So what else do I have to do to make you not want to see other guys?” things. What is THAT all about??? He’s just so hot and cold. It makes me think maybe I am reading him all wrong. What in the world should I do and should I just continue to see my other guy friends?

Okay... Ive known this dude for about four months, I stopped talking to him around the end of summer. But anyways, we were constantly talking, I made his laugh, he said all this awesome stuff.. very SERIOUS stuff.. that I unfortunately believed at the time. We werent together though, becuase of the distance. Now.. he says he loves me becuase Im different.. because I made him laugh, I was funny, awesome and all this other stuff. He broke up with his ex partly becuase of me. This girl is horrible.. she a nag, whiny.. expectant, and altogether CRAPPY. And he went back to her over me.. who he said he loved becuase I was so different. This girls isnt even pretty. so I thought I would continue talking to him, becuase he had asked her if she wanted to get tigether again and she said yes.. so it was mostly her decision. Im going to be completely nice, funny and awesome, not becuase I like him but becuase I very much hate him now.. and want to make him feel bad, lmao. Good thing or bad thing?

i love my girlfriend very much, more than i ever intended to do! but she is a very closed person, by that i mean she never tells me how she feels about things, she never tells me when something is wrong. it really bothers me coz i really care about her, but i don't know how to tell or showe her how much i love her and care about her. we are really the same in the way that we don't talk about our feelings and we both ignore problems but i can't any more. i know if things continue like this i'm gane lose her. i don't know what to do. how to i tell her how i feel (i suck with words) and how do i get het to open up to me?? pls help me.

He calls me at night to say he loves me then at work, he says that I should understand that sometimes people just don't work out. I don't understand why he calls me and says "I love you and would marry you if you'll have me", then doesn't ever take me places or show me any affection. This is really starting to effect my work, because he's seeing other people and I have to hear about his love life, but I don't have one for him to have to hear about. And he gives me bu**s**t tasks just to piss me off. If he supposedly loves me and wants to marry me why can't he either be with me or leave me ALONE????

My girlfriend and I have been together for a little more than two years and we are seriously considering marraige within the next few years. Last year around this time, my best friend was having problems with his girlfriend at the time and they broke up. My girlfriend felt sorry for him and went to comfort him (I had been drinking, so I decided to go to sleep, it was late). Later that night, she tells me that she let him touch and fondle her (it didn't go all the way according to her). Alot has been going on here altely exspecially about what happened over the past weekend. You know how I went and stayed at a male friends house drinking without my boyfriend there. Anyways at first he kept asking me if I slept with the guys and after the millionth time of saying know I broke down and started to cry. He said he beilieved me and then he and I had make up sex. I felt deep down however that he didnt beilieve me. The next day I asked him about it and he said that if he didnt believe me then he would have had sex with me. After crying on his chest for an hour he began to see and understand that I recognized what I did was wrong and I was truly sorry. After hours of cofersations and 4 months of being together he asked me to be his wife. I told him yes but if he wasnt serious and was just juoking then it wasnt all that funny. We have been through alot and are head over heels for each other. I hope Im just not making a mistake. I want to be with him and no one else.

Since 6 months a 16 aged handsome guy at my collage used to look at me always ( i am 14). But he never tries to talk or smile with me. My friends say that he was looking at me even at the playground, schoolcafe, etc.. i too have noticed it but when i look at him he pretends as he doesn't look at me. I have talked with him for around 7 times but not about any personal things. (I think now i am in love with him coz of my friends). But from last week he didn't look at me at all. when you seeing a guy casually, yet your giving him mixed signals about taking things further with him sexually, even though you really like and you dont mean to give him mixed signals.......if he says "would you have slept with me if..... (then mentions something...a reason shall we say), is he just after sex or is he just confused?

I'm at the grocery store and I get in line, there's this Chick with three Brats holding up the line because her Brats are acting up. I got fed up and told her, Hey Chick, next time leave the baggage in the car, now move it along. She calls me an A**Hole and says she's not a Chick, she's a "Lady". Then she blames me for her husband leaving her. She says that it's men like me that make Chicks into what they are. Look if she's gonna dish it out, she should be able to take it, I told this Bimbo that I knew why her husband left her just by looking at her, no reasonable man would want to spend their life with the swamp thing. She seemed angry as she stormed out, and then the store manager has the nerve to tell me I must leave. He probably got castrated or something.
