i suspect they like the things they can do with money, like go shopping, flaunting the wealth, going to extravegant parties, traveling, etc.

Not all women are attracted to wealthy men. But for those who are I would imagine a wealthy man has qualities other than money. Someone who is able to take care of themselves financially,Someone that looks dependable. Hard working. Smart etc etc. Wealthy people don't get wealthy on accident. At least not usually. Not to say there aren't any dependable smart hardworking middle class men out there. But for some wealth is the ultimate in security.

Its not only the fact that a guy has money that attracts the girls. It's more of a stability issue as well as knowing this guy not only has money but has worked his but off to get the money - the drive of the man is I think what would attract the woman to the wealthy guy. Knowing he has ambition and is going somewhere in life.

Because most women that I know love money, with a wealthy guy, why would they have to work hard for it. Money also opens up a world of opportunities. Travel, beautiful cars, beautiful homes, the best of everything material. Personally, I would rather have someone honest, caring, and respectful.

I'm not. Most people change when they have money anyways, so unless he's wealthy and doesn't act like he's better than other people (which is hard to find)...I'm not interested. There are some gold-diggers out there though, unfortunately. But, they end up losing in the end. Money can't buy happiness!

Can you say...'gold-digger.' LOL Seriously, no one wants a guy that can't support himself and/or pay for dates. A wealthy guy symbolizes someone that can make their own way, someone that understands business and how to get ahead. It beats the alternative...someone without a job and no clue as to how to get one, someone looking for another person to deal with issues they should be handling themselves, etc.

Girls get attracted to guys who aren't rich too. I guess it depends on the girl and how shallow she is. Most girls go for the guy, not the money.

Because some girls are just looking for an easy way out. They want some one o take care of them. There are guys out there looking for the same thing.

I don't think thats the basis. I think they base it on other things first at least MOST of them.
But a hot looking guy, WITH money and security is surely the more attractive of the two?
