He's in NY and im in the midwest. Plus theres a slight age difference...he's 28 and im 19. But we have been talking on the phone every single day (quite a bit) for the past few weeks and he wants to meet during his christmas break from school. For me, i think thats too soon...

Don't meet yet. Develop the relationship further first.
If you meet now it will suck all the fun out of it. The relationship can be so romantic and intense over the phone so let that happen first and don't kill it =P
I met my fiance online ( wasn't looking just happened ) I was actually 13, he was 15.. Now I'm 19 and he's 21 and we are getting married next summer.. It was 4 years before we met in person and it was an amazing experience.. I'm not telling you to wait THAT long though =P

they can work --- usually the parties cant wait to meet --- why do you think its too soon to meet???
if you get on well then a meet in a public place will help determine if you want to continue
the age difference is not that great
