My best friend has fallen for a man who is 31 and she is 19. She attracts older guys because of her personality which stands out from other girls her age. She has been going out with him for at 1 year and 2 month now, and has told me that she is in love with him and she does not want to be with anybody else as she truly believes she has found the right guy! Do you think the age gap is too much? and do you think that becuase he has had more experiences in relationships this can be overpowering to her as a young lady?

I'm an incredibly attractive, well groomed, 5'9" blonde with a perfect body and a great personality, I'm confident and creative and everyone thinks I'm the nicest person ever. And you know how many times I have been asked out? Once. I'm a junior, so it's not like I'm in middle school, but still. So people always say "Oh, guys are too shy to ask out pretty girls" But really, lots of girls and guys far less pretty than I are asked out all the time, and I'm really not a bad person... so do I really have to ask guys out myself? No offense, but it always sounds kind of pathetic to me when a girl asks out a guy.

Now I'm starting to think he isn't because when I asked him out he didn't say YES, he just nodded, smiled at me and blushed....I wasn't sure how to take it so I walked away, then he called out to me and said, "Take care!"

If a girl tells her friends about our upcoming date, is that a good sign? Because she later cancelled on me for what I think was a stupid reason. She told me her friend had pissed her off, and she was too mad to go. And she was pretty cold and distant leading up to that too. So, would you tell your friends about a date even if you weren't really interested? Keep in mind we didn't go on the date, she told her friends that we were going to go on a date, but then she cancelled it......

Ok, I just started going out with this girl (2 weeks) (were both 15) and I really like her. I'm the type who plans ahead. I've never bought a Christmas present for someone my age before, much less a girl. Is it an awul trait to want a woman who has everthing you want? Looks are important but so is personality. I have had my fun but want I real woman. Who likes a door opened or a chair pulled out, who like to be treated like a lady. Someone that you feel that instant connection with. I have a 6 year old boy and do not wnat more kids - selfish - yes - but the truth. I can't meet them at the bars, the grocery isn't much better, and the net ( I have seen enough porn). Where can good fun loving people meet others? I am a hopeless romantic who believes in fate and there is someone for everyone. I am not hot but I get the occasional compliment. I want a woman with a great personality, great eyes, great sense of humor, and who can except me for who i am, do they exsist? My boyfriend wants to kiss me but it's my first kiss and Im afraid that I might do something wrong and Im really nervous and and and. I love my girlfriend and I think she loves me. I think we are going to break up in about 4 months or so because she is moving away and does not really want me to go with her. I keep asking her about it and hope things will work out. Anyway she had a boyfriend in another area and she went back there for thanksgiving. Now when I talk to her she is distant, and almost seems like she could care less. I tell her I miss her she says get over it etc... I love her but everytime she goes away she acts really strange, sometimes I think when she goes back her and her ex sleep together. I dont know this for sure and I really hope not, but just the way she acts, and talks differantly to me. I want to ask her about some of this stuff and I am really hoping she is not doing it because we have unprotected sex. I just dont know what to do. I do hope that we end up staying together even after she has to leave I hope to go with her, but this just drives me crazy. How do you suggest I ask her?

from our home town... I have spoken to him in a couple months. We never dated... but it was the strongest connection with a man that I ever had. However...during the time I was gone, I found out he had sex with my bestfriend (I'm not his girl so it shouldn't matter, but that hurt) and he's getting married to his now pregnant fiance'. I feel like there are so many things that I have yet to tell him. Should chalk it up as a loss and never contact him. Or find him and let him know how I feel even if he's going to get married? (Tidbit: The reason why it hurts... we talked about getting married, many times.)

I cant seem to forget this jerk i learned to love. we used to be very close but we hardly talk anymore. He's done things that i think have been very cruel. he is so shallow. yet i cant find the heart to forget about him. i know he doesnt have the slight intrest in me even as a friend.. i saw him today and he seems to have been great without me.. not missing me at all. but he did try to make conversation with me and such. i really really miss him but i know that me trying to talk to him will not bring back anything. then there is this other guy thats really sweet and a real gentleman that i dont have a feel for but he treats me right and i can tell he really wants to get to know me. what should i do?

guys don't like me. It's not like they hate me, they just obsess over these so-called "hot" girls. In my opinion, "hot" means coating your face with make-up and wearing riskay clothes. Maybe it's because I'm not into girls, I don't think it's appealing at all. Most of the girls they call "hot" have very ugly facial features, so the guys must be looking at something else. And their personalities are basically pieces of crap. So guys, what r u looking at?
