i am getting him things he can use but i want to get somthing that he will keep and treasure forever any ideas?

Make him something... learning to knit and knitting him a scarf is cheap, yet difficult. Try just buying him a shirt or sweater, a nice one of a nice brand, but get it on sale or something. It WILL keep him warm and he WILL treasure it.

You know what he likes. And make sure you get him something he will definitely use. Maybe a baseball hat of his favorite sports team or a hott pair of jeans, maybe a nice polo or t-shirt.

Men are always fascinated with electronics. You can give him an ipod loaded with pictures of your self. If you can't affort it, then give him a sweater. He would want to wear it all the time since you gave it to him. even during the summer.

oh! i got somethign for my bf. go to jcpenneys online and go to men and click on gifts for men. i got him this nice money clip with a clock, nail file, and a knife on it. and you can have his name or whatever you want engraced on it. it costs about 45 dollars but its soo pretty! my bf loves it! =D
