What do you think is reasonable for age differences between people in a relationship? Men.oldest, youngest...by how much? Is ten years too much? & years? What works best???

First of all, I love my boyfriend. He's a year younger than I am (we're both still teenagers), but he acts mature for his age. have been talking to this girl for 3 weeks. I like her alot!!
I met her online and I have not met her yet. I told her a was going to meet her next week and now she wants to meet me as just friends.
But I want to date her and be more than friends.
I told her I would call her back in a hour from now.
Should I tell her how I feel on the phone how I feel or should I juist avoid her and not make plans with her and hope that she calls me wanting the same.
She is a thousand miles away so It is not worth me going that way to just be friends. How do I break it to her. ? What do I say on the phone tonight? ( I have seen her picts and her webcam)

the actual conversations my boyfriend and i have lately are few and far between. we'll bring something up stumble around the subject not really talk about it, then never bring it up again. he says he wants to get closer to me (we've been intimate for awhile), but when ever i try to talk to him about anything he shuts down. but If he brings up a subject he won't give it up until he gets an answer. whats going on here, is it possible he's hiding something from me?

Me and my guy have dated for almost 3 months now. It seems like he gets more flirtacious, attentive, and affectionate with me the more we have been together. He even has done little things that I didn't expect like getting me roses for every month we've been together and just recently took me to an aquarium, a concert, and a zoo in a two day period (a vacation he called it) and got a hotel with a jaccuzzi in it. I've been dating my boyfriend for four months and i love him. I just got out of a six year relationship but my new bf wants us to move in together. Im not ready..reason being i just want to give myself time before moving in with someone new. he does travel with his job and only four days a month but i honestly dont even want to share a household with him. he feels im holding back feelings and refuses to accept i dont want us living together right now? what should i do? ive suggested we both get our own places and still be a couple but its like thats not good enough for him..and he is saying he wants TO BUILD something with me...im really confused..what should i do guys?
