What works best is if you are both equally mature: emotionally, physically, socially, spiritually, and financially. Age is not quite so important as this.

Age is just a number. Ten years isn't too old unless you're under 18. If you find someone you're happy with then you should go ahead and date them. Who cares what others think. You only have one life and most of the people you see on the street you will never see again. That's what's so great about this big world.

As long as everyone involved is of legal age, and every one is honest with each other, I think it's OK.
When I was 34 I dated several women between the ages of 19 and 25. We were all very happy from beginning to end of relationship.

It should not matters, what matter is love and respect for each other.
From my personal experience- I had a few brief relationship with men my age, the was happily married for 20 years with my late husband much older than me, I was loved, cared for, valued. Got out of a poisionous relationship with a man 3 years older than me, now I am happily dating a man 6 years older than me; no age is not what is important, love and respect for each other are.

Age does not matter. My parents are 17 yrs. apart. When I was 26 I dated someone who was 51. It was the best sex I have ever had at that time. Does age bother you? It is up to you and the person you are with if it is a problem.

Depends on how old you are. If you're 30 and he's 45, its not the same as you're 15 and he's 30. The older you get the wider range of age you can have, as long as you have things in common and get along.

I'm 23, I wouldnt date a guy over 30. thats my personal perference, I think it all depends on your maturity level and life experiences.
You could be 25 girl, divorced with one kid, and youll probably relate more with a 40 year old guy in the same position than a 25 year guy that has just graduated from college, and is still living his frat boy days.

Age difference shoul not be an issue if you really love each other but within reason. Example if he's old enough to be your father, then that's a limit. BUT if you really really love him , make sure he's, worthy, honest and not married. Then you can relax.

It all depends on the two people. 10 years for some is to many and just right for others.
