I'm trying to meet someone, I've emailed like 5 guys that all say in their profiles here on Yahoo that they want to meet someone, but after I email them they email me back and say that they are married or already attached. Is everybody on here playing a game or what?

I'm 17 and my girlfriends, who is 16, parents think that since I am a guy, I only want one thing. They barly know me at all and they don't want to get to know me. Her mother is divorced and she says the reason she doesn't want to get to know me or want me dating her daughter becuase she does't want her daughter ending up like her. Her dad just doesn't think his daughter is old enough to date yet. How do I get her parents to let their daughter date without offending them? Here are the things I have going for me i'm still a virgin, i'm going to remain a virgin till i'm marred, I think i am a good person at heart and so does eveyone else that I know, I have never layed an angry hand on a woman, and I am respectful to other people and my elders. She is wanting to run away from home over this and I know if she does that it is only going to complcate things. What should I do? Please only serious answers because this is a serious question. Or is it a complete lose?

hello everybody...i am 22 yrs old and i am in love with a girl in my college for the first time in my life..It was somthing like love at first site..i started to like her before becoming her friend..(not on the basis of her looks)..i don't know how to explain it...but i think i love her and wud like to marry her and spend my rest of the life with her..the problem here is she doesn't seem to like me..i have tried speaking with her many times to know much about her..though she answers all my question she behaves as if she is not interested to speak with me..whenever there is place beside me to sit..she wud never come and sit beside rather she wud tell one of her fnds to sit beside me and she wud sit in their place..all these days i was sending SMS to her..but now i have stopped just to check weather she is sending one to me...but she hasn't don't that until now..she is rly friendly and close with other guys in my college..she seems to be like this only with me..rly hurts a lot..HELP ME

I am not able to forget a girl even after 10 years when i was in High school.
Right now i am working and married.
It happenned recently when i recently found her and exchanged some E-mails.And now it has become tough to work,pass time alone.Whatever i do i see her face around.
Does anybody has any advice for controling such emotions?
She has become a good friend and there are no wrong intentions too but somehow i want her to be near me.Please help.

My fiancee(32) and myself(29) split up about 2 weeks ago, i've found out that shes been texting loves and kisses and meeting a guy less than 3 days later, when i asked her about it recently she said that there was nothing in it she'd been confused from our split and she had already told him to stop contacting her as there would be nothing between them. This guy had been the main reason for our split as 3 months earlier she had met him in town and for 3 weekends solid when she had ask me to pick her up at the end of the night at 2am she'd never call to ask me to collect and then stroll in at 6am in the morning (never answering the calls i would make to her to find out if she was ok), i later found out she had been going back to his in that time with the rest of her mates to chat because he was 'nice'.... we're now talking of working it out .. should i go back or will i always have to worry is more to this chatting nice guy than she's letting on??

I'm 22 and despite going away to university and now living and working away from my parents I'm still a virgin :$ It's not through choice either!!

Obviously not normal, but does this make me really really wierd!?

My question is has anyone else out there taken this long or longer to get started? (other than for religious reasons)



P.S: I'm not asking for advice though. I'm probably a bit geeky but not mentally so, not ugly and I do go out to parties and bars. Come close with a few girls so sure it's just a matter of time.
