if he is impotant or has weak sexual capability he should get a medical advice rather than blamming his wife and getting divorced

Only desperate women with no self respect or self dignity or self esteem run out after married men to start with.

It is because he is using your "Friend" for sex and doesn't have feelings for your "Friend" and would rather stay with his wife. He is just telling your "Friend" these things so she will keep doing what she is doing. You know milk the cow till the milk runs out sort of thing.

Being such a good friend to your "Friend" why not call his wife and get her opinion on the matter you and your "Friend" may be really surprised at what you hear! You may also want to tell your buddy to be careful of STD's, if she thinks she is the only one that he is telling this story to I bet she would be shocked to find out she is more than likely not. If a man will mess around on his wife, do you think he will keep loyal to the other woman?

You did not mention if the married couple have a home or children together. That would play a significant role in his ability to leave. Although he may not be getting sex from his wife, perhaps he loves her for other reasons.
The most important thing about married men who cheat, they will say anything to get what they want. Tell your friend to get herself out of the situation ASAP.

Lots of reasons. Kids? Other benefits? Maybe he's not very good and what HE considers sex? Maybe he watches her have sex with others? Maybe he believes you marry and stick it out thru thick and thin? Better or worse (remember) Maybe he is simply afraid to make the decision and deal with the life change?

because some women say NO and they only mean YES

but i think married to a person makes you understand him more than this may be they're just newly married

there's more in love and marriage than just sex
let her talk to him about this and tell him when she really means no and when she really means yes

There's likely more to the story than just the side you are hearing from your friend.
