Well, I would say that is hard to just pick on characteristic over another. When I was younger say 16-21 I would say goodlooking. As my needs and wants changed I started swaying to that "funny" guy b/c I felt like I was getting older and everyone was getting so serious. Now that I am in my upper 20's, I want a smart man. Because a smart man knows he is goodlooking, funny and a whole lot more. Smarts is a more attractive quality than looks.

If I had to choose, I'd say the funny guy, smart guy, then the good looking guy. Why? I love to laugh so the funny guy will keep my interest longer and I'd enjoy being with him the most. Then I'd choose the smart guy so I can maintain some conversation with him, without feeling like I have to talk down to him. Communication is important,so at least he'd understand what I was saying. The good looking guy would be last since I'm not too into looks. If that was the only thing he had going for him, I'd get bored very easily.

Smart guy, a good education and a career orientated man. A good looking man won't remain the same forever, beauty fades in time and generally they r smug. And a funny guy...any friend could make me laugh, so I don't need the one I date to make me laugh 24 hrs a day. Smart guys are funny, too cause they have sharp minds.

Personally I love the funny guy :-)! There is nothing sexier than coming home after a gruelling day only to be embraced by the one with an incredible humour who knows exactly how to make it all seem alright. A guy with a great sense of humour only tells me he has a smart head on his shoulders and definitely surpasses the shallowness the exterior portrays

Hi David. Nice question and I won't say all. If I had to choose, I guess I would go with the smart guy. But that's a guy kind of answer. Let me give it to you from the girl's viewpoint: I would choose the man who was strong enough to be humble, wise enough to keep asking questions, kind enough to really listen, and loving enough for a lifetime.
