I'm in my early twentys but I feel old becuase I get sick alot and been through hell this past year and a half. problem is I like this guy, and I've liked him ever since 2002 or so but I've never had the guts to risk putting out my feelings for him becuase of the fear of rejection. I don't know if he has a girlfriend though, but I know that I'm really sick and I don't have as much time as others. I haven't been diagnosed with anything yet, but it's just something I know about. Also, if I tell him how I feel and he doesn't feel the same, it would make things worse since he's a family friend and every now and then I see him at family gatherings and no he's not related to me.

There was this girl that sat with my group of friends every day at lunch, and we became firends. I really like her and finally got hte courage to ask her out and she said yes. but then she avoided me for the rest of the day. After school three of her friends came to me and said she didnt want to tell me in person so they told me that her parents wouldnt let her date yet. She has avoided me for about three weeks now and every time i try to talk to her she says oh i have to go even though i see her ten minutes later doing nothing. What should I do?

I am 33 years old and husband divorced me a year ago. I am FINALLY getting the nerve to get back out there and have actually found my heart drawn to this really sweet, funny guy but things are VERY different, or so it seems in how guys approach girls they like and who they feel are just friends. MY Question is, He and I have gone out on friendship dates to the movies, dinner, over to my house, etc almost every week since we met. He told me in the begging that he had been hurt before and wanted to make sure that he was friends first before anything else and had things in his head straight. Ok, now here is the weird part, when we hang out he playfully tells me about all these other girls whos "day he made" by complimenting them. Or, this one girl who is living back in California who he is still OBVIOUSLY in love with but she is married and they are supposedly best friends still. but do I need to hear about it? Is this something a guy does if he is trying to get to know me?

When you say you love someone then tell other girls u love em...and call them hot. and good looking.

I never tell any guy i love them, cause i dont throw that word around, and when im with a guy, i dont say other guys are hot.

but if ur in love, would you tell other girls, and flirt, and say I LOVE YOU BABY.

ive just started seeing this lovely guy!!! we were mates b4 as i met him through trying to txt my ex ..... we have decided that we liked each other 2 much and wanted 2 b more...

I have been dating this guy for almost 2 months and his ex girlfriend is desperatly trying everything she can to get him back. Example: He was at his brother's house tonight and got drunk, she came over and was trying to take advantage of him but he didn't respond to her. He has witness' who were there that said he didn't do anything with her. I believe him and the other people but I have been trying to get him to tell her that she needs to leave him and me alone but he says he doesn't want to be mean to her. I say screw being nice. Ok, so I was with my boyfriend for about 9 months and we had a great relationship, then about a month ago we started having problems and he has "issues" with my past. Well I have a 4 year old daughter and got divorced from her dad (whom I havent talked to since Oct 2005)before I started dating this. Well now it bothers him that I have a kid and am divorced and he needs to take some time off of our relationship to "rethink" things. But he still wants to be friends and texting and instant messaing me everyday, trying to talk like we are just friends now. He says he still loves me and hopes he doesnt lose me and hopes we can work things out. I any totally devistated by this because I have such strong feelings for him and and truly in love with him...now I dont know what to do? Should I just be his friend, should I stop talking to him all together and give him his space? I miss him like hell when we dont talk because we were friends before all of this. What am I supposed to do?

Its a dirty filthy habit i know but ever since pre-teens i have always been turned by women smoking.
