There is no way to describe what a soulmate is. It could be different for everyone. As far as knowing if someone is your soulmate, you have to know how to llisten to your heart. It will let you know.

soulmate doesn't only apply to your significant other. it can be your brother, friend etc... for me soulmate is someone who has the same interests as you (not faking it or pretending to like a thing to get your approval), same attitude and that you can bare your soul to him/her without being afraid that he/she will judge you.
